18onHughes is located 500m from the sandy Moonta Bay Beach/Jetty & SplashTown.

This holiday home caters for families, couples and singles alike with free wi-fi and all the comforts of home.

18onHughes has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Pillows and quilts are provided. Guests will need to bring their own linen. There are 2 Queen beds and 2 King Single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is a seperate toilet. 2 Toilets in total. Newly renovated bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning has been installed in the entire home.

This holiday home kitchen is well equipped with a 2nd TV, electric cooktop/fan forced oven, microwave, large fridge and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. In the lounge room there is a 3 seater lounge & 2 recliners (all leather). A Smart TV with a USB port. All paid TV apps have been loaded for guests to log on to their personal accounts and view. There is also a DVD player with many DVD’s supplied to watch & enjoy.

The passage cupboards have lots of board games, jigsaws, puzzles and sand toys for all to use. There is also a collection of children’s, teens and adult books to read during your stay.

The laundry has a trough, top loading washing machine, 2nd fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, Stick vacuum cleaner, broom, mop & bucket.

Relax under the back pergola whilst sitting around the outdoor table or using the gas BBQ. A fish cleaning sink is available for those lucky enough to have had a successful catch. Please feel free to try your luck catching crabs with the crab nets left by fish cleaning sink. Bait can be purchased locally.
Fun fact: Crabbing season are any months containing the letter R.

18onHughes has 2 driveways to enable cars/boats/jet skis/kayaks etc to be parked at the property.

No smoking/vaping on the property.

Perfect home with everything on hand for a relaxing stay.

A family of four (all adults) enjoyed a catch-up weekend at this well provisioned, immaculate home full of everything you might need, and then so much more.Seamless booking and check-in process with clear communication between us and the host. A highly recommended property.

Perfect holiday accommodation in Moonta Bay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful winter break holiday, staying at this fabulous accommodation. We had everything we needed: close to the beach and jetty for fishing (with outside fish cleaning sink that came very handy); the home was warm and inviting, well appointed with very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything for a holiday getaway. Highly recommend.

Well built, spacious older house in great location

Loved the house - it's not new (guessing built in the 80's?), but was well built with spacious rooms on a large block so easy parking (with a trailer in our case) & room for the pushbikes to be ridden around without squeezing down side paths. It's been well maintained and was super clean so it made for a really comfortable stay. Lovely front garden too. Location is a very short walk to Moota jetty. We had a great time.

Fantastic Property

Great presentation of the property. Nice touches to make you feel very welcomed. The house was very clean with it looking like it has very recently been renovated throughout. New appliances in the kitchen and all you could ever need to cook for the family. Loved the closeness to the jetty with a quick stroll every day on the beach. Well done and many thanks for a lovely stay.

I found this property perfect for location, cleanliness, everything we needed for a relaxing stay at Moonta Bay. Plenty of room for parking in yard and the house was spotless inside and out. The hosts/owners were more than willing to answer any questions and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to this destination. Excellent

Pure Perfection

What a delightful and exquisite home away from home. The attention to detail and cleanliness was incredible. Plenty of room for our family of 6 with comfy beds and closet space for our belongings. A delightful surprise was the DVD, book and toy librarys which kept the kids occupied for hours with activities for all ages. Thank you Michelle and family for sharing your holiday home with us.
