There's plenty of space for family and fun in this Sapphire home. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room welcomes you into the main level, which features an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

The upper deck is accessible from the living area and offers seating and an outdoor dining table overlooking the golf course. Both bedrooms on this level have en suite bathrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed.

Downstairs, you'll find a second living and entertainment space that includes a pool table, arcade machine, a variety of board games, a comfortable couch, and a TV. Just to the right at the base of the stairs is a cozy sleeping nook with two sets of bunk beds. One guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom, while another guest bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bath.

The lower deck is covered and screened, complete with outdoor furniture. A gas grill is available in the garage. The home also includes high-speed internet.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
