Este es el único lugar que tiene el lago Conroe balcones que realmente se ciernen sobre el agua!

Se trata de una unidad de un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio, cocina equipada y sala de estar. Se puede pescar desde el balcón y tiene una de 180 grados, vistas Nunca obstruido. La pesca también es grande alrededor de la marina y desde el muelle de pesca. Jet-ski y alquiler de embarcaciones en el lugar. Cada detalle es frente al lago! Acres de terreno para recorrer.

View was excellent. Unit could have more silverware, dishes, etc. Pans were old and scratched. Games were incomplete. No laundry service tho it was stated in the binder. Binder needs to be updated. Had grandkids over and they enjoyed playground.

What a relaxing and peaceful little piece of paradise. Fishing off the balcony was so cool. My husband caught like 5 fish. We had to cut our trip a day short and we were so sad to go. This is a perfect location for a couple getaway.

Wonderful Stay

We went for a long holiday weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo. The selling point of the property is the balcony over the water, which provides an exceptional view and the opportunity to fish if you so desire. One night we even had a romantic dinner on the balcony by candlelight that was lovely. We ate several meals from the "Wave" restaurant, located a short walk away, that were delicious. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We are planning to return in the near future.

Lovely condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We especially liked the way the condo is decorated. The sunrise over the lake on Sunday was fabulous!

The Cove

Beautiful cozy little spot on Lake Conroe. The outdoor patio over the water was truly the best part to sit out and relax watching the sun set on the water.

Staycation

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this property. We live only a few miles away and this place is the perfect property for a staycation. The home was nice and met all our needs. We cooked our own meals, watched tv and enjoyed the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

Nice, relaxing stay

The view was great! Able to sit inside the cool air and enjoy the view of the lake! Then sit on the porch when it cooled off. Yes there were some bugs... But it's the lake and after spraying they calmed down. Neighbors were fishing and catching fish..off the balcony. Ducks were happy to entertain also.

Lack of supplies

Our overall stay was good. We stayed in a different unit last year that was stocked well with all kinds of items. There was a lack of certain items on this unit such as trash bags there was only one. . No can opener. No spices. Etc.

Highly Disappointed

My hubby and I were so excited about spending the weekend on the water and fishing from the balcony. We had a downstairs unit and a family that rents there all the time had the unit above us and the one to our left next to us because, we must have rented before them. We were told they usually get the one we were in and the one above us. The entire family was fishing above and next to us. My weekend was full of stress, untangling lines and finally giving up on what I most wanted to do (fish from the balcony) If I tried to go inside and relax all I heard was the sound of furniture moving and the family stomping above me. I dont understand why the owner didnt just switch me to another unit, at least I would have been able to fish and rest in peace. The children were up at all hours of the night. They would drop their fishing lines straight down leaving us absolutely no where to cast out. I even tried getting up during the night to see if I could take advantage of night fishing, but nope they left their lines out over night of course. When my husband said this is the worst fishing trip ever, I nearly cried because we were both just disappointed beyond words. Can you imagine spending your weekend trying to avoid conflict by sacrificing the entire purpose of your being there in the 1st place? only to cave, go inside and listen to all the noise from above you? Very disheartening. When I arrived home I saw that I'd received an email from the owner. She thanked us for leaving the place so clean and inquired about the "mirror" tag that I'd forgotten was on my rearview mirror. (I'm mailing it back today) Never once did she ask how our stay was or if there was anything she could have done better. I feel like I wasted money and more importantly I wasted our time. We could have spent our weekend somewhere peaceful. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one is because, I feel that had we simply been moved to the unit next door this trip would have been a success and I could have given all 5 stars.

fabulous location

Beautiful venue, yet could use some upgrades. The unit is dated but the view made it worth the trip. The icemaker did not work, toilet paper holder was broken, lack of bathroom rug and needs a good cleaning and coat of paint. The area and grounds are lovely. Would go again when it is warmer to use the amenities. Despite the weather, completely enjoyed my stay.

This is one of my wife and I favorite getaways, but I must say I will only rent if it’s condo type.

This is my wife and I favorite getaways each year, but I must say that I will only rent if a condo is available . We like to visit your basketball ball court, the regular room doesn’t come with a basketball. Also condo have better appliances, with the gas stoves with the middle burners for cooking multiples dishes beds comforters are more to our liking in the condos, also the TVs in the rooms have the same remote and tv as the main living area. We can watch the same shows , Netflix, real Cable etc . Our stay this time , we could one watch things we didn’t want to watch in the rooms limited to nothing to watch while lounging in the room. The condos are overall better in so many ways.

Seven Coves

It’s a great property. View is good, ease of getting there good, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and such good. However in my opinion the property would benefit with upgrades to the kitchen. New pots and pans, better silverware, a cohesive arrangement of dish-ware and kitchen linens. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, now to do something with the Texas heat and humidity.
