Stunning View 1-Bedroom Studio in City Centre

This stylishly designed apartment is within walking distance to Queen Street, Sky Tower and restaurants. The complex offers attractive facilities, such as a swimming pool.
Fully functional kitchen & laundry, open plan dining & living area with a balcony and outdoor furniture, large floor-to-ceiling double glazed sliding door, great view look into Ponsonby, comfy queen size bed, complimentary amenities, suitable for short & long term stay. Free unlimited WiFi, 50 inches smart TV.

Welcome to this fabulous designed spacious apartment, one bedroom with one bathroom, open space living and dining area with a city view balcony with sitting furniture, enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of New Zealand fine wine in the afternoon, chill and relax.

We have more than ten apartments in the same building, and each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.

In the living and dining area, floor to ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax. There are a ​comfortable 2-seater sofa, 43 inches smart TV and Freeview channels. Dining table with chairs.

There is a walk-in shower, washing machine & dryer, and laundry detergent in the bathroom.

Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Heated Pool.

Open hour, 7 days, 6 am - 8 pm.

There are a couple of options for parking
1. You can rent on-site parking (there`s very limited spots, always fully booked, only take advance booking) with us, and the cost is $25 per day.

2. PARKING OFF STREET
Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm $3 per hour (first 2 hrs), $6 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning.
Saturday, 8am - 6pm $1.5 per hour (first 2 hrs), $2 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning.
Sunday FREE (until 8 am Monday the following morning).

3. Wilson parking building (Address 126 Nelson Street)
Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours
Early bird (before 8 am) $15 per 12 hours.
No Heavy Drinking Please

Auckland Visit

Small but adequate clean accommodation for two but lacking air conditioning. Also somewhat noisey due to traffic when opening balcony to generate cooling.

Nice apartment

Great host. They allowed me to check in earlier in the day due to a morning flight. Unit was clean and in a great location. Convenient to so many attractions. The shortcomings were noise and the temperature. The weather was warm during our stay. There is no air conditioning and there was not a fan. We kept the sliding door open at night to provide air but this apartment is on a very busy street and there is a lot of noise all night long.

The apartment was nice: clean and spacious (but not great views!). Unfortunately, one of the main Auckland highways is right in front of the building, so if you open the windows the noise is rather loud. There is no AC, so I can imagine this being a real issue in the summer (I had a mix of hot/mild days during my stay). The blinds/curtains are also not great (once the sun came out it was very bright in the whole apartment). The location is convenient: close to downtown and Ponsonby, but there is nothing really around the building, one has to walk 15 minutes to get to a nice area. I had random issues when checking in (2+ hour ordeal). Not a big deal, but somewhat unprofessional (and no apologies...).

They didn't ask for a review...

They didn't ask for a review, but I'll do one anyway because they didn't have one when I saw it. A little rough on the check-in, I think they gave me the wrong key box or didn't put the key in. It was midnight, and it was only by a stroke of luck that we had been talking on another platform that I was able to call her and tell her the problem to come straighten it out; because I didn't have a local SIM card, and Vrbo messaging is very clunky. However, after that...EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH. This place was accurately described, and so convenient there was a washer and dryer in the room for our long stay. It was perfect and cozy just for just the two of us. Very clean and the location was great in my opinion. Nicely appointed. They couch is firm, and not super comfy, but this is not a resort, you should be out seeing the city! Very nice balcony overlooking the bustling street and the indoor pool and sauna were usually pretty quiet, so nice for us. I rented a parking space, and it was covered and secure. No problems there. Elevators, and easy access if you need it. However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you are in a wheelchair or the like, as the hallway has thresholds that aren't conducive to that. This is a great space, if you are not a large group, and just need the basics. It's reasonably priced, but I think it's a great value.
