Come to Hilton Head and stay in this comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that is perfect for a small family or couples looking for a beachy getaway. With its location just a short walk to the beach, guests can enjoy the sandy shores, tennis courts, and golf courses nearby. The condo features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a twin bunk bed, making it ideal for two adults and two children. It also boasts a private balcony with outdoor seating, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with cable, and free WiFi. The community amenities include an Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, a racquetball court, outdoor barbecue areas, a playground, a basketball court, bike rental, an indoor sports bar, and a pizzeria. Guests can enjoy dining at nearby restaurants such as Coconutz Sportz Bar & Restaurant, Gators Pizza & Wings, and Jamaica Joe'z, or explore outdoor recreation areas like Chaplin Community Park, Shelter Cove Community Park, and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to The Heritage Golf Collection on Hilton Head Island, Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run, George Fazio Golf Course, and Hilton Head National Golf Club. The resort has a $39 fee per vehicle for parking, and guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The property has a strict no-smoking, no-pet, and no-party policy; additional fees and taxes may apply. A photo ID may be required at check-in.

Service and Emotional Support Animals: The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort requires approval for accommodations with service animals and ESAs. Before placing a reservation, please request this form from us. Without written approval from HHB&T, you may not be able to enter through the security gate. Other than maintenance having to be onsite for our Wi-Fi for about an hr when we arrived. A loose outdoor railing, sliding door did not lock from inside, front door only had a chain lock. Gaps around front door made the unit warm and allowed for lots of outdoor noise. Neighborhood was nice. Gated. Definitely not ocean front as described! Would probably choose a different property next visit and not recommend to friends. Oh and WiFi did not work for tv at night!

During our stay, we read reviews about the WiFi and its issues and thought it would be resolved, but it wasn’t; it still doesn’t work. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock no matter how you tried; we could never get it to lock. We had other issues I messaged the rental company about and never heard a word from them, we also downloaded their app and sent in multiple maintenance requests for issues found and also have not heard back from them. It’s a nice condo that needs updating and minor things fixed and that would received a better rating from us but the security issue of the door not locking to the balcony and them never getting back to us was a big issue. We trying enjoyed our stay here but the known issues need to be fixed.

Everything was amazing. From the views, to those who worked there, the food in the area. Made my weekend get away exactly what I needed. The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean. I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. The condo was the perfect spot right by the pool and the beach. It was such a peaceful place to be. Such an amazing stay! Thank you!

Everything was excellent except the Wi-Fi Service. Could not connect upon arrival. Called after hours to see if it could be resolved. I received a return call back within less than 10 min. Was resolved immediately; however, it continued to go in and out repeatedly for the first 2 days. Allen from the office made a personal visit from the office to find a solution. Took him 20 min to get me back online. However, it went out again and this time it was impossible for me to re-connect for the remainder of my stay.Thankfully my cell phone remained connected. Other than that.... NO complaintes and would definitely return.

Our new favorite place

Hilton Head Island is our new favorite vacation spot. Clean, low key and everything is convenient to get to. The condo was clean and a very short walk to beach and pool. We had to report a few minor maintenance issues and sea turtle rental was there and fixed the issues. Check in and check out was super convenient. Over all a very enjoyable experience and we will be back.

Cozy

The room was fine except for the TV service, which we never figured out. We also could not solve the issue of my phone service not working while in the room, but my wife's did (on the same service). The room was quite adequate for our needs since we were not in the room much of the time. Your response to our needs was greatly appreciated. We would certainly consider staying with you again in the future.

I read the reviews of course before booking and saw that the couch was dirty but figured it would have been cleaned or replaced by the time I arrived but I was wrong. Location and amenities are perfect and the condo is very clean except for couch. I didn’t really feel comfortable seating on it. The bed is horrible as well. Both need replaced but neither made us hate the stay.

Cleanliness

The couch needs to be replaced or it needs slipcovers. There needs to also be a comfortable chair. The picnic table does not offer comfortable seating. For the price of the rent for this place It should be a little more updated.

Outstanding

The comments on this unit were not sufficient. While it is small and not super updated it was a GREAT place to spend a week in Hilton Head. The view of the beach is impaired by the sand dunes because you are on the first floor, but you are beach front. And you have a great view of the pool and the family fun, movie night in the pool, DJ in the afternoon at the pool, etc. If you like hearing children laughing and having fun you will love this place. The resort is nice with a couple places to eat or get a drink, decent work out facility and a bunch of tennis and pickle ball courts.

The resort was very nice and had lots of amenities. We had a nice view and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The unit we were in was smaller than we expected but adequate for two of us. It needed some updating. The Wi-Fi dropped very frequently, like every 30 minutes. We had a great week!
