Modern Zen-Style Remote Home in the Mountains
This is a beautiful, remote, modern, eco-friendly, Zen-style home in the mountains. Enjoy the fresh air on the patio, and swim in your private infinity lap pool.
Enjoy the panoramic windows and spectacular views of the ocean and mountains from he deck. Watch the birds and listen to the howls of the howling monkeys.
Large property lines with electric gates in a gated community. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach and many other amenities, such as a beautiful restaurant.
The location is close to many famous beaches and attractions, and a 45-minute drive to Tamarindo.
You'll need an SUV or a truck to get to the house (4×4), but there is plenty of parking when you make it.
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, should you need it. Part of the house's eco-friendly features is that it allows the outside air to come into the house through mesh windows, which are always open, creating a natural indoor breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so feel free to cook any meal you like on the stove or in the oven or the air fryer. There is a BBQ also at your disposal.
There is a full-size washer and dryer, so feel free to do your laundry.

This is an eco-friendly home, rarely requiring the use of the air conditioners. It's the perfect place to go for a swim, do some yoga and tai chi on the patio, and sip your morning coffee while bird watching. Say hello to the occasional monkey too (in the distance)!
