Amazing beach stay

We absolutely loved staying here! The pool and hot tub set-up is great and location right on the beach can't be beat. The condo was roomy enough to fit our 2 families comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. Our host was super responsive and everything was just as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Bliss

We were a part of a large multi generational family vacation. the location was right on the beach and that was great to just be able to walk out there any time. We were also right next the super long pier. My husband and son spent almost every morning there fishing. The accommodations had plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Beach Trip!

We were a group of 8 girlfriends on a beach trip. We absolutely loved our condo! It is spacious, clean and comfortable! We loved having our own privacy and being next to the gift shop was a definite plus! They sell ice, drinks and other necessities in addition to gifts! The pool area is great and the walk to the beach is a short one! We would definitely consider this property in the future!

Great!

2nd time staying at Summerwind! Super nice place to stay! Only complaint is seeing all the chairs at the beach EMPTY and they charge FIFTY dollars to use them. FIFTY dollars per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella! I paid LOTS of money for this trip just for them to ask for $50 more for a CHAIR. Otherwise no issues.

Perfect location for a chill but super fun family vacation!

Our condo was perfect for our family of 7 and the location was on point! Plenty of restraunts within walking diatance! We loved fishing off the Pier, taking a dolphin cruise in Pensacola, chilling on the beach and in the pool, and trying all the local restraunts! Best breakfast was @ Andy Ds and also loved WindJammers with live music at night at both! We also visited the gift shop/store inside the condo that not only had neat souvenirs and toiletries but also had smoothies and snocones! We loved Navarre! So peaceful, not crowded, and everything you need there in one place! We truly enjoyed our week here and will be back!

4th of July

The property is nice looks like the photos. It’s very noisy being on the bottom floor and there was a terrible shrimp smell in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was clean but had a lingering smell when you opened the door. Also the AC had an issue and we had a day and a half of over 80 degree temperatures which was uncomfortable for everyone. The beach was beautiful and the fire works were great….

Beautiful place to stay

I would give this place 5 stars how ever this condo is loud! Especially the master bedroom you can hear the mechanical room and gym in the master bedroom and you can hear the air unit in all of the rooms which was fine it eventually turned into white noise but you can hear the gym in the master bedroom and people would be slamming weights late at night and wake my baby up that was sleeping in the master room with me you can also hear people by the pool at night since it’s on the first floor. We loved the condo besides that. We had a closet with all kinds of beach toys,chairs,umbrella and boogie boards it was nice. The pools were nice and I loved that there were three different pools so if one was packed we would just move to another one. The pools are perfect for smaller kids to play my niece and nephew are 4 and 6 and had a blast in the pools! The beach and beach access was so nice! There was a nice place to wash off after the beach and a place to put your shoes if you didn’t want to walk in them or carry them. We will definitely be back we love Navarre but we definitely won’t book a first for condo next time so we are all well rested next time.

Clean

We absolutely loved the condo in its self. It was very clean and comfortable. Our air conditioner was out the night we got there and the next day. The staff was on top of it tho. We were brought a portable ac unit for some relief and we had ac by the next evening. When I tell you to make sure your parking pass is in the windshield I mean it. Actually just get some tape and tape it right in the middle. If it is not displayed exactly perfect you will be fined $275 which is what happened to us. The pass had fell down between the side of the door and we hand a boot on our car the next morning along with a sticker on the window that left a nasty residue on the window that will not come off . Also be sure you wear your arm bands to the beach or you will be denied access to the condo and have to walk to the public parking and back to the condo. Ones ever please with the room it’s self but we will not be staying here again unfortunately.

Noisy unit due to mechanical room proximity

Unit was clean, spacious, private, and everything else we expected from staying in the same unit on the other side of the floor last year. However, the master bedroom shared a wall with the mechanical room of the building which involved loud revving noises all day and night. It sounded like a rocket taking off at various intervals. There was also random clanging and vibration could be felt lying in the bed. White noise and ear plugs did not drown the noise out. We contacted management twice about the noise - they were responsive and able to fix a high pitch squealing noise that started up twice during our stay, but the rest of the noises were apparently just part of the normal noises emitted by the building’s mechanical room as they never addressed the full issue directly despite describing the extent of the racket twice. Definitely would not recommend staying in this unit unless you are a very heavy sleeper who is unbothered by very loud noises in your bedroom.

Great Trip!

We went to Navarre for a quick few days with extended family. The check in process was a breeze and everything in the condo was as listed. We appreciated being on the 1st floor so we could just hop up the stairs instead of using the elevators. It was so convenient! Also, it was wonderful having a closet of beach chairs and umbrellas. We rented chairs, but it was a definite plus to be able to grab those and use them as additional seating. While we didn't have any small children with us, there was also toys and buckets for the littles as well! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils and had everything we needed for preparing meals. We really didn't have any negatives. We did hear noises that we couldn't quite place, but we figured it was from the elevators or AC units and it was just from being on the lower floor. They didn't bother us, it was just something that was there. Also, security is definitely strict. Which is a good thing in the long run! Just make sure you have your bracelets because they will not let anyone on the beach or back up the boardwalk to the condo without a bracelet. It was a very peaceful, relaxing trip, which is exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay again!
