Lighthouse Overlook is tucked away on the ever-popular East Side of Chincoteague Island. Overlooking the Assateague Channel, and of course Assateague Light, you’ll be welcomed by beautiful Water Views that will draw you in - the sweet, salty sea breeze drifting over the water to greet you - ahhh, you may never want to leave.

This cozy home is just perfect for a small family, or 2 couples traveling together. Sleeping 6 in 3 spacious Bedrooms, yet with ample living space and all the Amenities you need, you’ll find that at this adorable and affordable home, you CAN stay at the Beach just a little bit longer!

As soon as you pull into the driveway, you’ll feel the incredible Views calling you. Entering through the Screened Porch that lines the front of the house, you’re already thinking you may never even leave the porch! Just imagine watching Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal as you sip your coffee and watch the sunrise. You may even see our famous Wild Ponies grazing at the Marsh’s edge - not uncommon at all in this awesome location.

You’ll also love kicking back in the Living Area after a fun-filled day exploring Assateague National Seashore, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. Adorned in Colors of Sand and Sea, it’s warm and welcoming - and you can take in those Water Views right from the sofa!

Lighthouse Overlook has 3 spacious Bedrooms upstairs, and 2 Full Baths - 1 upstairs with a Bathtub only, with the 2nd Full Bath located downstairs with a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 1 is huge and boasts a comfy King Bed, and breathtaking Views of the Assateague Channel, Assateague Island, and our beloved Lighthouse. Check a few emails at the workstation before hitting the Beach, but only if you must. Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, and is also dressed in beachy blues. Finally, Bedroom 3 has a Twin Bunkbead just perfect for the kiddos.

While you will take in stunning views at waterfront Lighthouse Overlook, there is no usable water access. But, you’re just a hop, skip, and jump from Memorial Park, which is just perfect for launching your boat, kayaks, and other water toys - there’s also a fabulous Pier for Fishing and Crabbing, and a playground for the little ones!
