Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation. We focus our designs to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travelers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guests requirements. Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival. You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am. NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs. We are experienced locals and would be happy to make recommendations on places to go and things to see in the Darwin and greater regions of NT. Right next door to the Australian Post and the (up and coming) popular Austin Lane where rooftop bars, exotic restaurants and cultural festivals are held. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family-fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation. Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber started operating in Darwin mid-2018. NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters and electric bikes that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.

- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- Gym Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- Stereo music and noise must be kept to a safe and responsible level
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the gymnasium
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (Foyer level - door next to the pool & gym door)
