Este condominio 2/1 es brillante, cómodo y familiar.
Muy bien equipado con un toque de palmeras al aire libre, para que pueda relajarse y relajarse fácilmente.
¡Solo un breve paseo hasta el parque y al otro lado de la calle se encuentran las playas de arena fina y polvorienta donde las cálidas aguas del golfo bañan la costa de arena blanca!

We Would Stay There Again!

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean. We liked that a parking spot was included. Great location! Walking distance from the beach, park, and great places to eat.

Beach Vacation

The apartment we stayed in was very clean, bright and open. It was the perfect set up for us with three young children. It was a short walk to the beach and perfect distance to walk to the grocery store and other shops. The only downside was that there was construction going on in the downstairs units that apparently are not managed by this company and so the daytime in the apartment was very loud and difficult for the children to nap. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again as long as there’s no construction going on.

Great choice for the family

Two block (3 minute) walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable, with a room for the kids (bunks worked perfect) and room for us. Minor items: floor gets dirty/sandy easily so expect a lot of sweeping. Bring your own toiletries and what they provide is minimal (shampoo and soap). There are some beach items in the closet (boogie boards, chairs, etc) in various conditions. We purchased and left an umbrella for future travelers. Overall, we were very pleased.

Everything You Need

This condo was very nice, everything you need on the beach. Clean, quiet and the perfect amount of space. I traveled with my toddler daughter, so the proximity to all the fun stuff in Clearwater, while still being located in a quieter area was perfect. Plus, there was a park right across the street if you needed a break from the beach. Plenty of towels, which is always a must, and the beds were quite comfy. Also had a couple fans in each room, which I appreciate. It was very easy to park and personalize the lock code, and the WiFi worked just fine. What more could you want in a place? Thank you!

Exceeded our expectations!

We SO enjoyed staying in this second floor condo unit. I would describe it as “beach chic”; it is not a luxury unit, though it met all of our needs. We were extremely happy with our choice! What we appreciated the most about this place: • Proximity to the beach--you walk across a block long playground and at the end of the next block, you are entering the beach (where there is a water station that comes in handy when leaving the beach to wash off all the sand from your body!) • great wi-fi for all of our devices (laptop, tablets, phones)…this was EXTREMELY important to us! • full complement of cable channels on one large Samsung Smart TV and a smaller Vizio TV in each bedroom • screened-in porch where you sit and watch what is going on outside, and you could also hang wet clothes and towels out to dry • second bedroom closet contained two beach chairs and a Sportsbrella XL (though we bought our own 6’ umbrella at the local Bed Bath and Beyond because we did not find the bolts until later, but the bolts are there for the Sportsbrella XL!), as well as a few beach toys for children • plenty of storage space (closets, drawers and cabinets in bathroom) • decent amount of linens, including four beach towels! • plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils…while we ate out a lot, we did use the kitchen to prepare smaller meals or to heat up leftovers. The beds were comfortable enough. There is not a lot of space in between the bed and the dresser, and while that did not cause a problem for us at all, we thought we should mention that so that you are not surprised! While this unit is on the north side away from all of the hustle and bustle surrounding Pier 60, it is a good walk (maybe a little less than a mile). If you are walkers like we are, you will find it as a good way to get your exercise in. If you are not fond of walking, the Jolley Trolley stops nearby and you can ride that around the area. In terms of Clearwater Beach itself, we found lots of great places to eat, and we considered the prices to be quite reasonable as compared to what you would pay in big cities in the Northeast. There are shops along the main streets, and enough activity around the Beach Walk and Pier 60 to keep you entertained. We came here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and we had a fabulous time staying here! We are already thinking about when we can book this unit in the future. We would highly and enthusiastically recommend it!

Tolle Unterkunft - Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und zum Strand nicht weit. Es gab zwar noch Bauarbeiten auf Grund der Hurrikans im Haus, aber diese haben überhaupt nicht gestört. Unterkunft und Vermieter sehr zu empfehlen.

All but a couple small things were great!

The place was great! It was pretty clean, except for sand in one of the beds. And the only other small thing was there was no liner in the shower curtain… just the curtain. And the only suggestions I might have is to go through the tv’s and sign out guests accounts in the different apps that they forgot to sign out of. And maybe put some padding on the edge of the bunk bed. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely go again!!

Good location

The place was very nice and clean. Really great location but the WiFi was not working. There was not all of the beach stuff at the property that was listed on the site. The leg to one of the kitchen chairs broke this morning as I sat down to eat and and fell to the ground. I saw it had been glued on from someone prior...guessing it was their quick fix. The transportation service would have been nice except it was always over an hour wait so we ended up having to pay for ubers.

It’s worth it if you’re down to buy all of the extras

Check in process was less than ideal. Our Uber dropped us off at the rental office. We had to walk approx a half mile to get to the property. This would have been fine but we had to lug all of our belongings with us as well. An easier check in process would be ideal. (Host meeting at property) Property was not very clean upon arrival. Had various bugs throughout the unit. Dishes were not clean. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Another big factor Florida Beach Rentals fails in is the amenities. One roll of toilet paper is all you get no matter how many guests are staying and how many nights. I stayed for 8 nights with four people total. This lasted us the first day. When I asked for more, the property management company said I was on my own for the rest of the time. So I had to go to the store to get more. It was quite irritating. Was also yelled at by cleaning people for leaving the unit “dirty.” They asked us to help them clean the unit. I figured with the cleaning fee, that it was not our job to clean the unit before we left? Maybe they’re just not getting paid enough. Some good things were the beach toys in the closets. Some games throughout the house. The kitchen was good enough to make some small meals. Overall would not stay again with Florida Beach Rentals. Poor customer service on all ends. Maybe use more of the cleaning fee to actual clean the unit and pay your employees better so they don’t complain about having to clean a unit.

Perfect Vacation at Island Escape

We got very lucky to squeeze our vacation in, just before everything got shut down, due to the Corona virus. We enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment was not only super clean but really was so well stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen. Check in was a breeze and it was just a 3 minute walk to our favorite beach bar - The Palm Pavillion. The little balcony was perfect to hang out in the evening and I enjoyed my morning walks through the north beach neighborhood. I can highly recommend this place and we'll be back for sure!
