PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "High Five" building at the corner of Canberra and Dingle Streets Caloundra. The main street for all shopping is only steps away and only 2-3 minutes from a. selection of beaches
The apartment is up one flight of stairs.
Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. Access the driveway and then into your garage from Canberra Terrace, with your vehicle safe and secure in the individual garage.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Both bedrooms are light and airy and have overhead fans.
Air-Conditioning
- The lounge / dining / kitchen area has a large air-conditioner that will keep you cool on even the hottest of days
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The kitchen has an electric cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery & is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats four There is a lovely balcony off the dining room with a small table and two chairs, looking towards Kings Beach.
The lounge room has a comfortable couch for your use. The television is a smart tv allowing you to watch all free. to air channels and to stream your own Netflix, Prime. etc account.
When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 45 metres to Bulcock Street shops, cafes,
- 200 metres (2-3 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 250 metres (3-4 minute walk) to Bulcock Beach
The coastal walkway is only 2-3 minutes stroll away allowing you to explore Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach. You are indeed spoiled for choice.
