Guests have full and complete access in the apartment and courtyard. There is shared use of the property pool
PROPERTY DETAILS
For your health and protection, all cleaning here has been done in line with World Health Organisation guidelines. We have also supplied paper towels, hand sanitiser, tissues and hand soap, plus all surfaces have been cleaned with anti-bacterial disinfectant.
This beautiful apartment is set in a modern apartment building directly opposite parkland with the beach beyond. As you can see from the photos, this is a very stylish and tastefully decorated apartment that is also relaxing and perfect for your holiday
AIR CONDITIONING
The unit is air conditioned throughout, including the lounge, dining area, and both bedrooms there are also ceiling fans in those rooms as well.
We have two bedrooms:
- Master - Queen Bed with extra large mattress (super comfortable)
- Bedroom 2 - Has 2 single beds
We have two bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having an ensuite and there being one other Main Bathroom for the other bedroom and guests to the apartment.
The apartment has a brand new washing machine and dryer (and external clothes horse if needed).
The kitchen has all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking implements.
We provide all linen, high quality bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, tea towels etc.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The apartment patio has a small table, 4 chairs and a BBQ for your use. You are free to use from the herb garden in the patio area for your cooking or dining.
The apartment has access the complex pool only a short distance away. You are spoiled for choice with the pool, beach, or river all close by to cool off on a hot day

Cotton Tree is renowned for its fantastic location, with close proximity to the beach, river, cafes, restaurants and the coasts largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza).
Secure basement parking (2.2 metre clearance) is provided for one vehicle during your stay. Further parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.
Check in is easy with a key safe at the entry to the property, to which you will be sent an entry code after you have booked.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
