Great place, great location!!!

FUN Fabulous Family Vacation

We enjoyed the location, so close to the beach and lots of choices for dining. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities. It was great having beach towels and chairs to use for all our time spent at the beach.

So much better than a hotel room !!!

Jorinde and Maarten's Las Islas condo was perfect for our family of 7 Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, big cooler on rollers, outside area to eat, beautiful clean pool . I would HIGHLY recommend it. Owners were super friendly and always ready to help. We would love to come back to Aruba and stay here again. Thank youandaand

Pool and location

The condo is a great size for a family. It is tastefully decorated and a great layout. Enjoyed many a hour setting by the pool which is just out the back door. The location to the restaurants made eating so easy. I would strongly recommend this condo. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Great Location

The reviews about this place were spot on. It's a short walk to the beach, and to the main drag with all of the shops and food. You don't really need a taxi unless you venture out, but they're plenty of them and easy to grab. The condo was clean and the neighbor was super sweet and helpful about where to go! I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking a little, I love to walk, my husband was tired by the end of the week, but he has an old injury on his leg.

Owner very responsive, VERY CLEAN, close to beach,shopping, & restaurants. Better than 5 star hotel.

FABULOUS, our first time renting a vacation place on line. The owner meet us at the condo with Champagne & explained everything to us. The condo is 1 1/2 blocks walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, & shopping, you don't even need to use a car. There were 5 adults, 2 king size beds with 2 full baths up stairs, & 1 bed room down stairs with 2 twin beds & a bath, just what we needed. Very clean & happy we stayed there & would stay there again & will tell all our friends about it.

Amazing place, amazing location!

This was definitely one of my favorite vacation rentals. The apartment had everything we could've possibly asked for. Location was perfect, close to so many restaurants, beaches, bars, nightlife. Everything in the apartment was top notch. Beds were like heaven! Felt like we were living in a five star hotel. Pieter was also extremely accommodating. Always making sure we have everything we need and even offering to help us with restaurant reservations. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Clean, spacious condo near everything!

We recently stayed at Las Islas condos and we already can't wait to go back! Our host, Pieter, was so helpful with all of our questions and quick to get back to us while we were there if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and a great layout for my family of 4 and sister and brother-in-law. The condo was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The location was close to restaurants, shops and the beach so we could walk everywhere. The super market is a short cab or bus ride. The private pool was clean and made it very convenient with the kids. We all enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to visiting Aruba and Las Islas again! Thanks Pieter for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Fantastic condo, location, and owner!

We stayed at this condo for a week in January 2018 and our experience far exceeded our expectations! Our group consisted of three couples and the accommodations worked out great. The location of this condo is ideal. It is within a short walking distance to Palm Beach, many restaurants and shopping. There is no need to rent a car. The condo is furnished tastefully with comfortable furniture, heavenly beds, and fabulous pillows and bedding. This condo is on ground level, so it has a large patio that we used every day. Pieter was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay fabulous. We would highly recommend renting from Pieter. We certainly plan to return and will rent from Pieter again.

Perfect Condo for Amazing Stay

We have been coming to Aruba for years and I just loved staying at this condo. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo is modern and meticulous. Pieter was welcoming and attentive to all of our questions. The condo is so close to everywhere that we didn't need a car and only once took a taxi to a restaurant by the airport. It is a 3 minute walk to the movies, restaurants and about 5 minutes to the beach. A few days we stayed at the condo and hung out by the pool and it was perfect. You can sit on your deck, watch the kids swim and go in and out as needed. We even stayed in one evening and grilled on the patio. The condo had everything we needed and special bonuses like cool lighting and also Netflix in all the bedrooms and reliable, fast internet. We are playing to stay at this condo again.

One of Our Best Trips Ever!

Location, Location, Location in real estate and vacation rentals is all important. We were a short 3-5 minute walk from the beach, activities and restaurants available in Palm Beach, Aruba. I am always skeptical when I see "no rental car needed" but in our case we managed very well without a car. We only used taxis to and from the airport and once to the grocery store. Public transportation is easy and readily available. Pieter greeted us upon arrival and checked with us multiple times during the week to be sure that we were not lacking for anything. I have never dealt with a property owner/manager so interested in the comfort of his guest. Wonderful job Pieter! The condo/ apartment is only about a year old and very nicely furnished and equipped for guests. We had 3 couples and we all agreed that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host.

Great Accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were of nice quality. We loved being on the first floor and having the table outside to eat at and the pool just steps away. Peter is very accessible and responsive to any questions that we had while we were there. We stopped at the supermarket on our way there with our taxi which was a great suggestion from Pieter. It was appreciated that he brought over paper towels for us after not knowing we would need them. I would suggest he provide a list of items he provides so the guest knows better what to purchase on their own. The location was great and walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants and night life. We found a very nice man who set us up with beach chairs and umbrellas daily along the water. It was nice not to have to deal with crowded hotels Christmas week and waking up so early to secure lounge chairs. The condo itself was very lovely and the grounds were very well kept and pretty. The walk to the beach is easy and done by walking out the back of the pool area and crossing the Hyatt's parking lot. The walk at night was dark and would be nicer if better lit. All in all we loved our first time in Aruba and would stay again at Pieter's condo.

Comfortable

The rental property was as posted. It was very nice, quiet and clean. While we were there the gate to get in was broken but was fixed the next day. Only complaint is that there are a lot of people not staying at the condo that use the pool area as a walk through to get to the development across the street. The gate to the back was left open. Might be because of the construction going on.

Relaxing and Convenient

Perfect for small families

The 3 bedroom layout with a full kitchen and private pool is perfect for families as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms or suites. The location is about as ideal as can be for the Palm Beach area with everything within walking distance. We had a car because we also like to travel around the island to restaurants but it wouldn’t be absolutely necessary. There is gated parking though and again, it’s right off the main road so is easy to get to. Beach towels/beach chairs provided and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Modern washer/dryers available and owner was very responsive in replacing the propane tank for the grill. Great week—look forward to coming back once some of the travel restrictions fully loosen. A Covid testing center is within walking distance for the return trip as well.

I would absolutely recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! There was a great communication and answered all of our questions quickly without hesitation. He even went as far to refund our smaller rental for a larger rental. Thank goodness it was available. We look forward to renting with him again.

Best property ever

This property was more than I imagined. My host was great always made sure we were ok. The location was perfect, minutes from everything. The property was clean and the pool was amazing. We will diffently be returning.

Beautiful condo

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The pool at the condo was a nice amenity. 3 couples stayed at this condo and the facility worked for us. Pieter was more than accommodating to our questions and needs. Would suggest a coffee pot for ground coffee. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location and plenty of room

We just returned from Aruba and had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is very well located with lots of room and very clean. The pool was a great space to relax in the afternoons and always quiet. The owner was great and responded to my questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Wonderful place for the family

The condo is perfect. Large enough for our family of five and having our own kitchen and pool really makes a difference. The condo is located within walking distance to everything you want in Palm Beach, including the beach just on the other side of the Hyatt. Short cab rides to grocery store, downtown, airport and Eagle Beach. The only improvement would be a little better lighting on the back side when walking at night. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the owner could not be more accommodating. We look forward to having another visit in the near future. This condo is a perfect alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

Great Condo in Aruba!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Condo and had a great time. It is spacious and beds were very comfortable. The living room has a huge sofa and very large TV, and the pool was also great. Its a short walk from all the restaurants and beaches. Pieter, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend, especially for a family or group trying to avoid the over -crowed and noisy hotels.
