Great view of the beach from the balcony. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the condo, from towels to spoons. A short walk to the beach.Definitely would stat at this location again.

The view was amazing! We have no complaints other then the tv in the first bedroom wasn’t hooked up to anything to be of use which was annoying since that’s where our daughter stayed and she’s used to going to sleep with the tv. Other than that our week was great! Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing stay here with my whole family! Everything you need for a beach getaway. Fridndly and responsive guest contact. Closet full of beach essesntials, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, almost private beach, and pool! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week Stay

My husband and I had a great stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - even beach chairs. The view from the balcony was great. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. We hope to be back!

Awesome!

There was more good than bad. The construction noise was pretty bad, especially the jackhammer on the sidewalks. And the construction workers were kinda messy. But the condo was very nice. This is the first time we have rented a condo that we didn’t have to buy anything except food. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, paper goods, even detergent. It was clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Perfectly located for fun and relaxation!

We're so happy we picked here to stay! Upon arrival, there were multiple dehumidifiers and tubing taped throughout the unit, which we took pics of and sent to the contact person. Communication was expedient and clear and she was extremely helpful. The rest of the week was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable and had everything necessary for a fantastic week away!

This condo is in a great location with sunrise views daily! Easy walk to the beach and a walkable restaurant (Lagerheads) in ten minutes. I loved walking to the beach each day- note you do have to cross the street to get to the beach- it wasn’t crazy busy during this time and always a good gap to cross. Unsure how high season may be, but there isn’t an official cross walk.The pool was a nice option as well as the water hose at the front of the sidewalk path to rinse the sand away.It did have plenty of cookware and dishes - and a few staples such as salt n pepper, sugar. My only complaint on this unit was it could have been a cleaner. Specifically the kitchen floor, trash can lid / area of food splatter.The slider door is a little hard to open and close and yes as another review mentioned no lock for the door, however, it’s not ground level so we didn’t worry about safety, especially in general for this area. Overall we had a great stay and the price is very reasonable. The basically private beach area was AWESOME!

Wonderful time. We had our daughter and husband and two children with us. There was plenty of room for all. The place was well stocked with bathroom essentials and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Refrigerator had an ice maker which made a ton of ice. There were good beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. And even beach toys for our little one. Also. There was plenty of Bath towels and beach towels. Also, plenty of wash cloths. The washer and dryer were great and you had soap and bleach to use also. The balcony gave a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. Overall , we loved the place and would definitely stay again. Had a great time, thank you

Peaceful, relaxing, but not too far out

My husband and I stayed for the week with friends joining us for a couple of nights. It was just right. Clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked and quiet. We have booked a repeat in September. Easy walk to the almost private beach and lots of good restaurants a short drive away. Suggestion (not a complaint): I would purge the cabinets. There's so much you cannot judge what's been recently cleaned and it doesn't leave a lot of room for what guests bring with them. AND explicit directions for using the two remotes for tvs for those of us not accustomed to Spectrum.

Property and condo were niceand all one leve floor plan. Parking directions were not clear, the number for parking is right below the roof edge rather than down on cocrt marker. Condo looked like it had been a while since it was cleaned, dry contact lens on the tv remote, some mall bugs in the kitchen, not sure what they were (gnat or ant), kind of annoying. Small pool with pool police (lady kept locking the gate so kids couldn't get in). But otherwise a nice place.

Construction on the property was terrible

The property was nice however upon arrival there was a broken picture and vase waiting on us when we arrived so that mess had to be cleaned up. The sliding door doesn’t lock. The construction going on was absolutely terrible it started at 7 in the morning and we were woke up early everyday of our stay due to the jackhammers and construction workers working on the property. This was very aggravating especially with children we couldn’t have conversation at breakfast due to the sounds of the equipment and workers working right outside our door and on the floor above us. I was woke up every morning by the sounds of a jackhammer right above our bedroom. This continued throughout the day everyday we were there. The stairs were inaccessible due to them working there and they would put up support jacks right outside our door where we would have to walk through and that didn’t feel like it was safe for our family to walk under. If they feel like they need to support the roof from collapsing then the property shouldn’t have been rented out until it was safe for people to stay there. I feel as though the property was misrepresented in the listing because it shows beach access right outside the door when you have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach. I feel as though the price we paid for the property was inconsistent with the inconvenience of the construction and the possible risk posed by it.

We followed up with the homeowner regarding your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Unfortunately, the timing of the work is out of our control, as the property management didn’t give us enough notice.- We were aware of roof repairs needed due to damage from the last two storms, but we were surprised by the additional work.- We apologize for the incident with the picture and vase—it was an accident, and we immediately contacted the cleaning staff to take care of it.- As for beach access, we never advertised direct walking access to the beach; there is a road to cross before getting to it.We appreciate your review, as it helps us improve and ensure a 5-star experience for future guests.
