Tu tranquilo oasis de Palm Springs te espera en South Palm Springs (busca menos viento). Ubicado a solo minutos del centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de golf, paseos a caballo, tiendas, caminatas y excelentes restaurantes. Nuestra casa cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y tres baños, una amplia sala de estar con TV de 60 ", una sala familiar con TV de 65" y reproductor de DVD, una cocina totalmente equipada (sí, nos encanta cocinar), un patio trasero muy bien cuidado con vista a la montaña , un patio cubierto con barbacoa incorporada, una piscina con jacuzzi elevado y una fogata al aire libre. Nuestra suite principal tiene un baño privado con bañera y mucho espacio para relajarse. Las tres habitaciones incluyen una habitación Queen con baño privado, otra espaciosa habitación Queen y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Esta casa es perfecta para familias, parejas o amigos que buscan relajarse. Esta no es una casa de "fiesta". Nuestro vecindario es tranquilo y estamos comprometidos a mantenerlo así (no hay música al aire libre, no hay noche o ruido excesivo, por favor). The home was wonderful. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The property manager, Regenia, was such a delight and very responsive and helpful!! The outdoor space was everything you could hope for in a Palm Springs vacation home. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, nice dinner table with plenty of seating, comfy couch and fans! I think the only thing I would add is maybe a place to hang towels outside to dry, but we just used the chairs and loungers so it was fine. It seemed the pool deck was recently redone so it was very slick, hopefully over time it will get more grip. Our group was all family and in our 50s, I would definitely stay again!! I also really appreciated the blackout curtains and luggage racks in all the rooms!!! AC worked great. Hot tub was hot. The landscaping was so great. They have hummingbird feeders up and they were zooming all over which I loved. Plenty of birds coming to the feeder and bath. We very much enjoyed the home. Thank you for sharing!!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This property fully met - and in many regards, exceeded - our expectations. The layout was perfect for a family vacation that included three teenagers who value their space. The decor was modern and tasteful, the linens and towels were much nicer than what you usually find in a vacation rental and the kitchen was recently updated with high-end appliances and everything we needed to cook meals, including a full Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard was truly a private oasis with plenty of space to relax. The owners of the property were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. The location was good - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. All in all, this is the nicest VRBO I have stayed in at this price point. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

My family of 7 stayed here over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed. The home is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Our kids spent most of the time in the pool and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We will definitely be back!

Perfect base for exploring the area or staying home to relax

For our 28th year of our traditional Girls’ Weekend, 6 of us choose this beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood with super easy access to the Palm Springs airport, and everything you might need. Beautifully landscaped back yard with a pool and jacuzzi, and fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pan for making meals. Owner and manager both are tremendously responsive to questions and genuinely wanting to ensure we had everything we need. Great hiking suggestions and spot-on restaurant recommendations. Easy drive to Palm Desert, La Quinta, Joshua Tree, etc. we used it as a home base some days, and relaxed and stayed around the house on other days, enjoying the pool. I highly recommend this beautiful home and thank our host for a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable Girls’ Weekend #28.

Better than I expected!

The house was exactly what was described in the description and pictures. It was really nice in person. The pool is where we spent most of our time, there was towels and pool toys ready for us. The house manager Regina was prompt on responding and made sure we were good. Regina was also very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay again

This place could not be more beautiful and perfect. Just lovely. The pool, the hot tub, the furniture, the look and feel of the whole house. Great location. And the service is just excellent. The owners really went above and beyond for us. Stayed in communication and readily available if we had questions. We’ll absolutely be back next year… every year if they’ll have us! Fantastic House & Stay

Such a perfect long-weekend getaway, and this couldn't have been a better property and experience. While we enjoyed going out in Palm Springs we spent most of the time at the house and in the pool because it was so hard to leave! Everything was cleaned spotlessly and decorated beautifully.

Perfect Home & Great Location

I'm not sure how this home could improve! Seriously, 2 family rooms, great kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a beautiful outdoor pool setting!!! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore! They were incredible to work with! Perfect!

Home Away From Home

We just completed a one month stay at this wonderful property. We would highly recommend it on every level. The interior of the home is spacious and well appointed and consistent with the images online. The magic of this property is the yard. Unbelievably beautiful, absolutely private, and your own oasis. We also loved the fact that while we have stayed in other properties that may be fancier in their appointments, this one actually felt like home and the yard really is beyond compare. The management and owner of the property were extraordinarily responsive and helpful for the few things we needed to reach out to them for and we could not have asked for better service. Lastly, the property is in a wonderful location. It’s quiet, the wind is low, no air traffic, and close to everything while feeling secluded. We look forward to coming back!

The house in the backyard amenities were perfect for our group . we used every part of the house -it was clean well organized and had everything we needed ..and then some . the owners and property manager are very accommodating and easy to deal with ! I highly recommend this property!

Great Family Vacation!

This house fit our family perfectly! We were here over Christmas and it was my immediate family, 2 adults and 2 kids, plus my in laws and sister in law. The kitchen was fully supplied to cook all day on Christmas. The kids swam in the nice heated pool for hours. The owners were so nice to provide everything we needed from where to go for hikes to laundry soap. If we visit Palm Springs again, we would definitely stay here!

The Perfect Family Retreat

We had 7 of us stay for a long pre-Christmas weekend and it was everything we hoped for. Gorgeous backyard and plenty of space inside. The kids used the heated pool every chance they got. Great accessibility for my father. We were so lucky to find this place since we could bring our dogs, too! Zero complaints. Seriously. House was full of anything we'd possibly need, not to mention the Xmas tree with lights next to the fireplace -- the ambiance was truly what we were looking for and then some. The owner and manager were both incredibly helpful, plus respectful of our time to relax. Above and Beyond. 5 stars.

A lovely, quiet retreat on the South end of sunny Palm Springs

The house is clean, spacious, fully loaded, secluded with a heated pool and hot tub, and we couldn’t have been happier with our friend getaway. Everyone was comfortable, and we were able to cook and enjoy our stay mostly staying at the house. Highly recommend this property!

The house is beautiful and fit our needs wonderfully. The kitchen was equipped very well - better than others we’ve experienced. This was great, as we used it to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for 7! The pool and spa were laid out nicely, and we used them every day. We hope to stay again in the future!

Relaxing and peaceful

Perfect place to enjoy a beautiful backyard. We made full use of the pool, hot tub and fire pit. This place is very quiet which was perfect because we didn’t want to listen to any neighbors partying and playing annoying music. We were with our three grown up children and I loved that their 3 bedrooms were located at the other end of the house and we had ours at the other end. It is worth checking the supplies in the kitchen before grocery shopping. Overall, perfect relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful experience!

I rented Margaret's house for a week with 3 friends and we had a great experience! Margaret and Regenia were available if there was any problems, but the wonderful flip book they had about the house answered any questions. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the house and patio are just as pictured! Would definitely go back!

Relaxing vacation home centrally located

Came here for a 3 night stay with 4 girlfriends. Plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably and have enough privacy with bathrooms, hanging out space, etc. Regenia made the check in/out process seamless with a "welcome" chilled bottle of wine-and there is plenty of instructions in the house manual that has all your questions answered at the tip of your fingers. Great space for eating, lounging, working. The pool area/backyard is huge is, with plenty of seating both in and out of the sun. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit each night with the cool breeze and some wine! Very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and lots of fans, AC (it was 95-99 degrees) to keep you cool. Would go back for sure! Thank you Margaret for the comfortable and relaxing space.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When my parents sold our family home, I was devastated and went on a mission to find my own Palm Springs retreat. I looked at a lot of houses, but was consistently disappointed at what I started calling "Big House, Little Yard" syndrome! When I found Casa El Gaucho, I immediately fell in love with the back yard, but boy, did the house need a lot of love. Six months of construction was no picnic, but it was well worth it. We love this home, and think you will too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you like drinking your coffee outside with lots of birds, a view of the beautiful San Jacinto mountains, and peace and quiet, then you will love Casa El Gaucho. But please no outdoor music, no parties, and no excessive noise, especially at night. Thank you.
