This area is convenient to the cozy dining nook with seating for 4. Take a glance around the room and you’ll notice art that highlights Palm Springs’ storied tennis history, including photographs of Gussie herself. This space also has a turntable and bar area: everything you need for setting any mood you desire.

The sunny living/lounge area boasts direct access to the backyard and pool, and is tastefully decorated in a style that is a nod to both mid-century modern and contemporary cool. This space has a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie night—as well as a pull out sofa, and a small office area for getting that bit of work or writing done.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property sleeps 4 guests between 2 bedrooms. In the primary suite, find a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, backyard access via sliding doors, and a full en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom, equally as bright and contemporary, has a queen size bed, flat-screen, and backyard access. This bedroom makes use of the full bath just outside its door, with tiled walk-in shower.
