Pine Point on Kosh has glistening water on 3 sides, views of flaming sunrises and sunsets, and the perfect spot for a campfire. Spend all day relaxing and swimming off the brand-new dock, enjoying the island-dotted views, or have a cookout on the deck.

Just 2 hrs from the GTA, this 4 season cottage is located at the tip of a peninsula on beautiful Kasshabog Lake in the Kawarthas. It offers an expansive 550ft of weed-free waterfront, 2.3 acres of land, and privacy from the neighbours.
The space
This tastefully designed mid-century modern cottage is the perfect escape for families and small groups.

- All bedrooms have comfortable Endy mattresses, white linens, individually controlled AC and heating units, and blackout shades.

* Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, small desk
* Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed (double/full on the bottom, twin on top)

- Kitchen - Well stocked with basics like cooking oil, spices, serving platters and cooking utensils/tools. High end Bertazzoni gas stove, brand new Bosch dishwasher and Kitchenaid microwave. Includes a drip coffee maker and pour-over station. The indoor dining area seats 6.

- Living room - Spacious and beautifully designed, includes Frame TV with Netflix, Sonos speakers and lots of board games. Brand new wood stove for extra coziness on cooler days and nights.

We want our guests to simply pack their clothes and meals and have everything they need to have a relaxed vacation at Pine Point on Kosh. For that reason, we provide complimentary:

Guest access
Guests will have access to everything on the 2.3 acre property EXCEPT:
- the sleeping bunkie
- any locked cabinets in the cottage or garage
- the boat, seadoo and ATVs

Other things to note
- WINTER GUESTS: the hot tub is available May-November, weather depending. During the colder weather is it not available.

- SUMMER 2024: in July and August 2024 we book by the week only, from Friday to Friday.

- Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $100 per stay. Sorry we can’t accommodate cats.

- The hot tub is wood-fired and the water is drained between every guest. Depending on the starting temperature of the water, it may take several hours to get up to temperature, and guests must maintain a fire to keep the tub warm. We think this is part and parcel of the enjoyment of the tub but do want to flag that this is process is more involved than a conventional hot tub.

- We have fast and reliable wifi through Starlink. However, we are in a remote area, so cell service is poor.

- Boat launch is 5 mins away and there is room for one boat on the dock.
