Area was clean and well stocked with towels, washing machine & dryer. Inside was pet friendly. Outside is not fenced but plenty of space.

Great stay at Chris’s house with my husband, 2 young children and dog. The unit is a little way out of Coffs but easy to get to everything if you have a car. We spent 2 nights there and found Chris to be very responsive and a great host. The master tbedroom bed was very comfortable. The unit is underneath Chris’s house so you can hear movement above but it never bothered us. The smart TV and Internet worked well. Would recommend.

A slight way out of the centre of town but certainly close enough to drive to everything. Super quiet. Great amenities in the apartment eg kitchen utensils etc comfy bed. Lovely host

Misleading At Best

Gosh I’ve never wanted to review a place more than this ! And I have travelled the world !l This place is not for the faint of heart .. or a slight sleeper or someone travelling with a young child … This is not a quiet tranquil place … the host is not accomodating .. The host is overbearing and lives on top of you and has a dog who seems to think he should check your car and your suitcases ! Perhaps better suited to airport security work ! I was there two hours at best and drove as fast as I could to leave ! The pulsing sound of music thumping above , loud voices and overall creepiness was too much for me .. Christian is not accomodating.. he’s intimidating and I realised I was there to pay his mortgage … made this whole trip so awful and scary as a mum travelling on Her own with a little boy xx

Very accommodating

Chris is amazing! He not only accommodated us when we had to reschedule but he was so welcoming. Our stay was very comfortable and our dog loved it and enjoyed meeting Cash, the most gentle and friendly dog ever!

Beautiful Boambee

Many thanks Chris for letting us stay at your lovely property. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us and such a lovely property for them to roam. Your dog Kash was a delight and very friendly. The unit was clean and very well appointed. Just outside of Coffs, it was a perfect stopover. The next morning we went to nearby Sawtell beach and were wowed by this hidden gem. Overall, awesome. We'll be back.

Boambee rural escape

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing property and we will be back! We visited with my family and my dog and it is just a perfect and relaxing place to stay with a wonderful host - thank you Chris - we will see you again soon!

Perfect pet friendly stopover near Coffs Harbour

Self, wife and corgi together with daughter, grandson and staffy dog stopped over en route north at Boambee just south of Coffs Harbour. Nice greeting from host Chris to show us comfortable, roomy apartment with beautiful outlook and large, fenced grassy area for the dogs to play. Large outdoor sitting area where we watched the evening come down. Well equipped kitchen. Altogether a perfect stopover. Jack

Rural Escape - what a place!

I recently stayed at this amazing location. Chris was a great host and ensured we were comfortable and happy when we arrive. The accommodation was lovely - clean and comfortable with all the things you need for a get away. We bought our dog with us and he absolutely loved it! The property is so beautiful and a gorgeous view and acres to walk around. We loved it and will be back. Thank you Chris!

Convenient Location

The property was great for a one night stay. The accommodation was spacious and clean. Single beds weren't overly comfortable as one was on rollers - blinds didn't close properly and no screen on the window Was fairly quiet - didn't realise when I booked it it was below a house.

This accomodation is not as shown

It is described as fully self contained. It is a flat under the house. It is noisy from owners who live above and is obviously poorly noise insulated. Very disappointing.
