We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the property itself, found it very clean, and appreciated its convenient location near Coligny Beach, restaurants, and shops. We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your payment concerns. Because your reservation was made the evening before your arrival, it coincided with our automated payment reminder emails. However, you also received a separate notification advising that the card on file would be charged the following day at noon, which is our standard payment process for last-minute reservations. Our records indicate that two separate payment methods were submitted—an ACH payment and a credit card payment. We did not process a duplicate charge. As soon as the situation was brought to our attention, we explained that ACH payments require several business days to process and immediately began working on a solution. While you agreed to be placed on a brief hold so we could explore additional options, the call was disconnected before we could provide an update. After consulting with management, we elected to void the credit card payment immediately so that only the ACH payment would remain, while also explaining that if the ACH payment failed, the card on file would need to be charged as originally authorized. Throughout the process, our team responded as quickly as possible while also assisting other guests. We understand that payment concerns can be stressful, but bank processing timelines for ACH transactions are outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the property. Hi, We apologize for the issues you had with your stay at. We reviewed our phone logs from November 22nd through November 25th on the regular hours office line and the emergency line. There was no missed call from the phone number associated with the rental.
