This apartment is situated within a beautiful community called The Kensington At Riggins Run that just opened in early 2023. We have a contract with them allowing us to operate this apartment as a furnished rental. The community is modern, clean, and upscale. It's located in a quiet part of the Dublin/Hilliard area; one of the most desirable suburbs of Columbus. You'll love being just a few minutes from all the shopping and dining options of Bridge Park and all the other attractions of this area. Commuting from here to any other part of Columbus is easy thanks to our proximity to the I-270 outer belt.

You'll have the entire apartment completely to yourself — this is not a shared space.

Check-in is simple: after booking, we'll send your unique door code for the keypad entry (we change it for every guest). GPS will bring you right to the building, and free parking is plentiful directly in front of the building, just a few steps from the apartment door. Physical backup keys are also on the kitchen counter just in case.

We're a husband-and-wife team with 7+ years of hosting experience and respond to messages within minutes. If you need anything before, during, or after your stay, we're a quick message away.

Walk through the front door into a sun-filled open-concept living area with a spacious kitchen, dining space, and comfortable living room — all furnished with designer Arhaus seating you'd actually want in your own home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies so you can cook and serve a full meal or just make your morning coffee. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Step outside through the sliding glass doors to a private patio with seating — perfect for a relaxing morning or unwinding in the evening.

The master bedroom features a king-size WinkBed mattress dressed in Frette linens, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size WinkBed (same luxury bedding) and its own closet. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway.

The living room has a 65" smart TV with DirecTV, and our 375 Mbps WiFi easily handles video calls, streaming, and multiple devices at once — ideal if you're working remotely.

As a guest, you also have full access to The Kensington at Riggins Run's community amenities, including an outdoor pool, indoor pool and a fitness center.

PETS WELCOME: You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs or cats (total combined weight limit: 75 lbs). A small extra $10/night pet fee applies.

SMOKE-FREE: This is a 100% smoke-free community — no smoking anywhere on the property, including the patio and all outdoor areas.

LOCATION: We're in the Dublin/Hilliard area, one of the most sought-after suburbs of Columbus. Bridge Park is just a few minutes away with dozens of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Easy access to I-270 means anywhere in Columbus is a quick drive.
