Place was not clean on arrival. And no ware to put trash. Had to pay someone to take trash out Mattress was stained with blood. Upper stairs shower. No pressure

Quite and nice palce to stay, and amazing value for money! House/property definately needs some maintenance and a bit of cleaning up, but was still perfectly comfortable for a werkend getaway

I would not recommend this property. House smelled like poop upon arrival and the front door wasn’t even locked or full shut when we arrived. Keypad to lock the front door also wasn’t working. The sink in the kitchen still had food crusted in, the towels are so old and smell musty and moldy, there was leftover food from prior guests on the patio outside upstairs, no instructions on where to take out the trash and no trash cans anywhere outside on property, there is mold in the shower upstairs, the shower upstairs also has no curtain liner only a regular shower curtain but the shower doesn’t drain so upon filling the curtain gets soaking wet and is such a mess, small details around the home show uncared for it is with curtains hanging off of the wall/multiple window locks broken off/markers on the wall/blood on the floor in the master bathroom/toilet seats so gross and chipped and old, the main level bathrooms shower door does not shut and is completely off its hinges so you shower with it open and get water everywhere on the floor, towels were left sitting and soaking in the washing machine upon arrival (which explains why they smell so musty and moldy when the cleaning staff is leaving wet laundry in the washing machine over a guests stay). We have escalated our concerns for this property but I don’t recommend staying here - for the price you pay it isn’t worth it. The location is perfect but that’s about the only good thing.

We enjoyed the stay very much

I wish we could have had streaming access in the bedrooms televisions, but beyond that, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect!

This home had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay! Location was great with amazing views; rooms were perfect for our family, and the outdoor space was great for grilling dinner while we were there! Definitely recommend this property!

Spacious house in good location. Convenient to RMNP, shopping and restaurants. Saw elk every day around house and a black bear walking by house one morning. The housekeeper lives in the basement, so convenient if you need anything.

Great Big House!

Huge and nice and clean house! Came stocked with plenty of linens and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Great back yard too!

Close to RMNP and downtown Estes. We saw Elk in the neighborhood. :) The house was big enough to accommodate our family of 3 teens and 2 adults. There were quite a few things that need to be updated but overall it was a good experience for what we needed.

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing. My family and I enjoyed every minute there! The house was even better than we expected! The property manager did not return our phone call regarding Wi-Fi issues, but other than that, it was phenomenal.

Family stay in Estes park

Big house, lots of rooms and space. wonderful back yard games and bikes for everyone. Indoor and outdoors 🔥 feature and plenty of floor space for kids and dogs. Jacuzzi tub in master and great mountain view at the top of the hill.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!!!

The house was everything I had expected and more! It was super clean, cabinets had pots and pans, basic necessities were provided, extra linen, and the property itself was very well maintained! Definitely will be coming back

Convenient location and clean

Overall good location and nice place. It would have been nice to know someone lives on the bottom floor and we were sharing the driveway. Host was not reachable by phone during the stay.

Big place with a lot of space, good for big groups. It gets really hot in the summers, even with The dishwasher was broken and the host was not very responsive about getting it fixed.

Large home in a great location. Be aware there is someone living in the basement apartment and they park their car and scooter in the drive. There’s not really enough room four 4 guest vehicles to also park there. Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and some minor repairs/replacement needs that hopefully will be addressed before the next guests arrive.
