One of the newest beach homes at Cinnamon Shore South, Surf Camp is a lakeside stunner offering grand, but relaxed beachside living and a gracious back porch just steps from a broad, scenic lake. Charming architecture and well-appointed interiors welcome you with beachy luxury. Just across the grassy rear lawn, the lakeside boardwalk leads to the cabana-lined infinity pool complex, and from here it’s just a short stroll to the beach!
AMENITIES- At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first floor, the primary gathering space combines den, dining, and chef-worthy kitchen—all overlooking the lake and opening to the rear porch. Sink into the oversize, sectional sofa with plenty of room for your crew to enjoy the big game or movie night on the wall-mounted TV. Chairs and banquet seating at a stylish, round dining table add to stool seating at the kitchen island for simple meals or memorable seafood suppers. Fully stocked and boasting high-end appliances and gleaming white countertops and cabinetry, the kitchen will please discerning family cooks. An attractive powder room on this floor makes it easy to host a crowd.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A second-floor, primary king suite with plush, pillow-lined bed offers lake view and bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. A darling, second-floor bunk room features nautical bunks and a shared bath with nautical, striped wallpaper and port hole-style mirrors, connecting to another bunk room with lounge area and TV. On the third floor, two more king suites both feature luxe private bathrooms with designer tilework in the walk-in showers which will be perfect for smaller families.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Surf Camp is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Surf Camp the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
