Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this peaceful beach side accommodation. Our coastal corner of the world offers kilometers of pristine beach only a 3 minute walk to the waters edge. With 4 bedrooms and full amenities this beach retreat is the ultimate place for a rejuvenating home away from home holiday. Our beach shack is clean, tidy and comfortable and has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The location was good. 100m from North Beach, but a drive is required for shops and places to eat. The communication from the host was great. The shack had lots of beds - 1 queen, 2 double, a bunk and a cot - across 4 bedrooms. This is amazing for a shack, but the sacrifice was that the bedrooms were cramped and only one room had a tallboy. Bathroom and kitchen were a good size. The main issue is although it was recently cleaned, the shack really needs a deep clean. The airfresher the cleaner used wore off after one day, after which the place smelt bad. There were cobwebs, dirty exhaust fans, the couch had food crumbs between the seat cushion and the arm rest, the fry pan had melted plastic on it, the utensils were dirty. I think if it had a really deep clean, the cooking pans and utensils replaced and maybe new carpet, it could be 5 star.

A Relaxing and Memorable Stay

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was ideal—it was quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient to local attractions. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Close to North beach

Well equipped, value for money. As described.Beds made and towels all ready to go. Big refrigerator. Beautiful beach , so close.We brought board games with us and had a great relaxed family easter break. The host got back to us quickly with our inquiries.

A place to make memories

Highlights include: enjoying a good laugh with family, walking along the beach, watching sunsets, swimming, playing games on the sand, playing cards and board games in the evenings, cooking together and enjoying quality family time.

Not what we expected for the price.

Pros: good location. Host was great at quickly responding. Well equipped kitchen. New bathroom with large shower and plenty of hot water. Cons: it should be noted on the listing that the water from the bathroom tap is not drinking water. This was unexpected by us . The floors and kitchen/bathroom were clean but the thick dust coating the ceiling fans had dust landing on you in bed. And many dishes had to be washed before we would use them. The air conditioning is very old and after running it for 5 hours, it only managed to decrease the heat in the lounge area by one degree and doesn’t reach the bedrooms at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

Convenient and well equipped.

We loved this little Oasis, clean tidy, cold out door shower to rinse off the sand, soooo close to the beach, sit outside and see the ocean. We loved it !!

Amazing family getaway

We had a lovely family holiday. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and a short drive to the shops. The neighbours were so friendly. We will be coming back.
