Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and moonrises, and spot wildlife—deer, rabbits, eagles, and hummingbirds—from your deck. Swim, paddle, stroll sandbars to Ephraim Island, or relax on your private beach while listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.
Just 15 min to PEI, 35 min to Amherst, 55 min to Moncton.
Fully independent with a deck and yard, facing the ocean beyond a nearby home. Just steps from the Northumberland Strait, your private beach escape is surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and native plants, and the property is alive with wildlife—deer, rabbits, hummingbirds, eagles, herons, and monarch butterflies.
Relax on your private deck or indoors in the professionally built 160 sq ft Seacan studio, thoughtfully furnished with a double bed dressed in fresh white linens. Large windows frame ocean views and bring nature inside.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction burner, toaster oven, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals.
Unwind with the wall-mounted 42” TV and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts, or enjoy complimentary Prime Video).
At night, stargaze under pristine skies. By day, explore the shoreline and stroll to Ephraim Island.
