The Space:

Welcome to our two-story home with seven sleeping areas, including a cozy sleepout!



Upstairs, three bedrooms offer comfort with queen and super king beds, each equipped with a panel heater. Enjoy well-appointed amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with a TV for endless entertainment, and a bathroom/shower.



Downstairs, find another bedroom with bunk beds and additional sleeping options in the lounge. A separate room provides privacy with a queen bed. Enjoy convenience with a second TV, kitchenette, another bathroom, and laundry facilities.



Stay comfortable year-round with heat pumps/aircon in both lounge areas, upstairs and downstairs.



Outside, let the kids enjoy safely the fully fenced backyard.



Please note: This is not a modern or luxury property — it has a more traditional, older style and some signs of wear and tear. However, it offers a rare opportunity for large groups (up to 18 guests) to stay together under one roof, right in the center of Taupō. If you're looking for space, and convenience, this home could be a great fit. If you're after a high-end or newly renovated space, this may not be the right option for you.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.



The Neighborhood:

This house is near Crown Park where all the local Football events are held. A short drive up the road will take you to a Foursquare Supermarket and takeaways and bottle stores.



The property is very close to its neighbours, so guests need to be mindful of noise, particularly when using the spa pool where we have strict times of use.

Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2!



Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Please note that hens or stag dos are not permitted; if we identify that a booking is for this purpose, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately with no refund issued.



Amenities:



Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

This property has two security cameras, one overlooking the front door and the driveway and the second one at the back pointing towards the backyard. The cameras DO NOT monitor indoor spaces



Interaction with Guests:

This house has a unique code to access the smart lock. This will be provided to you three days before your check-in date.
