These recently renovated cottages are in the heart of Rockaway Beach and sit just across the road from beachfront access while also being a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.



With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo.



The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Great location. Property as advertised. Simple and efficient. Clean. Comfortable firm bed. Hot shower with good water pressure which is great after a long day outside. Has everything you need. Host communication needs improvement with the extra steps required to check in.

Very Convenient!

Close to the beach, close to town, perfect for what we needed. My only complaint is that it’s literally right on 101, so the traffic noise took away from the experience a little, but it wasn’t bad.

Cute place, check in/out times were not great

Check in at 4 and out at 10 wasn't ideal, but not a huge problem and overall reasonable for the price.

Great Stay

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here. Great place, always clean and well stocked (cups, paper towels..even shampoo and conditioner). It's so conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. My boyfriend and I will definitely be staying again whenever we want to just get out of Portland for a weekend.

Cozy place to stay

The property is just as described. It's small but the location is great, walking distance to everything Rockaway Beach has to offer. Quiet, clean. Worked out great for the 2 of us

Pros: 4-5 starsWalking distance to everything offered in Rockaway.A/C.Parking (big deal).Ease of access and communication.Kitchen.Cons: - half star Hair on shower wall.Frozen towel in freezer. (Who knows why) No coffee filters. (I purchased filters dont need at home) no worries.Summary:Some reviews complained of road noise.It DOES NOT MATTER. Wherever you are in Rockaway there will be road and ocean noise.The noise was minimal, biggest noise was 2x per day train horns. ( actually really cool ).This is a hidden gem for couples. Park your car once and walk the rest. (Parking in Rockaway is a huge hassle at peak times).THE PRICE IS RIGHT.And DO NOT MISS THE OLD GROWTH FORREST!its a great break from the beach, 1200 y.o. cedar, Sidenote:Only one real breakfast joint @ GrumpysAnd they can be grumpy, but worth it. Be patient in Rockaway dont bring your uptight city attitude, things are slower here.
