Our host answered all of our questions promptly which was very helpful. The home is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the game room with the cozy seating and we even had a Christmas tree. We will be back next year.

Perfect vacation

Perfect stay

The house is wonderful. It worked perfect for the 8 adults and 6 teens that stayed there. Location is very convenient, the house has everything you need and the the view from the back deck is terrific. We really enjoyed our long weekend there and hope to come back soon!

Cozy Moms' Weekend

We had 9 moms together for a quiet weekend. The view was perfect and the house had plenty of space. The big table was the best place to play games and all sit together. We were all happy, comfortable, and relaxed. Absolutely perfect.

Loved this house!

This house was amazing. The space was amazing, the views were beautiful and there was plenty of space. I loved the main floor living area and the use of bikes for the kids. Almost every room had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pier and the playground was a quick walk from the house.

When we walked in we were very happy. But when we went up to the main floor, we were speechless!! The view was spectacular and the house was beyond our expectations. We had a terrific time crabbing and fishing! Would definitely rent again!!

Great spot for a get-away

This house is ideal for a group looking to chill and re-connect with friends or family. The owner anticipated all our needs. 5 ensuites, enough seating for everyone for meals, a spare frig in the garage, kayaks & bikes. And the owner was easy to reach for any last minute questions. Beautiful getaway

Can not say enough about this AMAZING property. Views are incredible. The house was perfectly decorated, organized and stocked with plenty of supplies. This was our first time spending Christmas in Delaware and waking up to beautiful weather and relaxing sounds of the bay were unbelievable! Hope to be back next year!

Wow, just wow!

I rented this amazing home for a work retreat for my small staff. The house itself was perfected outfitted with everything you could need. The location and views were perfect. The owner was very attentive to our needs. You can’t go wrong with this one! Definitely returning.

What a beautiful home. There is plenty of room to gather together for meals, activities and conversation. As a group of 10 adults we look forward to group meals at the house and found it well stocked. Located right on the bay we were able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset and watched a local crabber make his daily rounds.

Excellent Venue & Responsive Hosts

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Its location at the end of the street gave us a sense of privacy. The accommodations were spacious enough that our party of 11 adults never felt cramped. The house was tastefully decorated with sturdy attractive furniture and a host of amenities. The hosts were readily available and responsive to any of our concerns. They also provided great restaurant recommendations. All in all a great weekend getaway!

A very special house

This home is spacious and beautiful! Everyone in our family enjoyed the bright and appealing rooms, from the large gathering spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The property is provided with all the necessities for a home away from home, as well as fun items like kayaks, beach chairs, bikes and life jackets. The views of the bay are so pretty and the many decks provide ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The property owner was friendly and helpful, too. She took a personal interest in our comfort and our enjoyment of our stay at this wonderful house!
