If the Guest opt 3 Bedroom its only inclusive of Sauna and Hot tub
If the guest opt for 4 bedroom its inclusive of all the Spa facilitates ( Sauna, Hot tub massage table, Cold Plunge)
For the the Normal Seasons September 8th to March 31st 50 Dollars Per Night would be Charged if opted for a 4th bedroom
Prime Season From April 1st to September 7th a 100 Dollars Per Night would be charged if opted for a 4th bedroom





Welcome to our humble home …. this four bedroom three bath residence is nestled in the cottages .Our home boasts serenity and tranquillity …from the flower laden landscapes, cooking on the gourmet barbeque or for your group lounging in the Pergola covered hot tub. We have well outfitted the house to be as accommodating as possible for your vacation .With a well applianced kitchen to include air fryer , indoor rotisserie , indoor electric grill for your pancakes and bacon and amazing margarita machine for those hot summer days we’ve thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The back deck leading to the covered hot tub is a big hit as it delivers a beautiful ambiance at night, with the beautiful landscape lighting, highlighting the amazing flower bed The well-deserved tranquillity and rest needed is no problem here .The house has a high-powered heat pump and air conditioning unit to keep you warm or cool as it’s no problem on those hot or cold nights here the property includes the heated pools and hot tubs in the amenities building but also an added bonus with the kids as it has a gym ,movie theatre room ,sauna barbeque area for large parties .
In this gated community you will have access to the well taken care of amenities that include a shallow kids pool/water park area and regular pool
The Rec centre includes a pool table , shuffle board , poker table , full size kitchen to cook for a private party that you may book/ reserve as well . The 60 acre site is whistler themed with little walking trails and common lawn areas to play bocce or what have you
There is also pickle ball and a basketball court on site neighbouring the walking trail around the large pond .Additionally The rec centre can be pre-booked for special occasions… And on the other side of the property there is access to the shallow creek that makes for lounging in lawn chairs, quite nice in the hot weather
The people are very friendly within the community and the boat launch is 3 minutes away

Just 5 minutes away is a fantastic 18 hole renowned golf course / driving range / min golf
The fishing on the lake has an abundance of species, including large scale sucker and Pea mouth chub (for your warm weather fishing )or northern pike ,cutthroat trout and bull trout are there to fish as well in the spring and fall cooler weather … after fishing, you can go down the road to the waterpark, which is a kids favorite, which is right across the street from the amusement park and top that off with the infamous Beethoven pizza and you have an instant trifecta for all the families vacations need …..The hiking trails nearby for your pleasure include the Giant Douglas fir hike with an 800-year-old tree for your picture memories also is a seven sister hike where it has seven giant Douglas firs will be in your trail experience. We have implemented as many things to do for you and your guests to and include Pickleball for four people Uno cards, regular cards, backgammon ,giant Jenga ,standup video game with 60 games, football soccer ball, badminton, basketball, chalk, frisbees, beach toys ,cornhole, and upon request kayaks for an additional 20 per day each for a two-man kayak, …..you could take it up a notch if you’d like and go to the Cultus lake Marina and rent if you so desired boats or Sea-Doos
You will not be disappointed with this pristine cottage property…. Inclusive will be one tank of propane for the barbeque and one tank of propane for your fire ring. Additional guest after 6 people will be 50 per person each.night and there is a brand new large pump up queen bed to accommodate up to two more people please let us know when booking if needed so it can be prepared and sheeted to be included in the master bedroom….stay tuned for later in the early fall slated for completion of the additional bedroom and installation of the wet sauna , massage tables ,red light therapy and cold plunge will make this an unbelievable and magical spa retreat experience rejuvenating you before going back to the city…as it does get hot in cultus over the summer months we have even installed misters on the large patio deck to ensure your comfort at this amazing property…
