Our stay was great and the host was very quick to answer questions. The description mentions stairs up to the unit but also, the main bedroom is upstairs in the unit. Great location and place to stay!

The perfect spot for our family of five, including two teenagers and a preteen. Comfortable, clean, and even decorated for the holidays! I do wish there was a way to deadbolt or secure the door from the inside, but otherwise everything was perfect, including the washer and dryer!

I would’ve been helpful to know how many steps there were to get to the master bedroom, however until I booked it we didn’t realize that there were 3 flights of stairs! No TV in the master bedroom. It was very hard to get ahold of the host but once I called Evolve directly, he called me back. Won’t be renting here again.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We do note in the listing that there are multiple flights of stairs leading to the master bedroom and that the home includes two televisions. We also returned the call shortly after a message was left and were able to respond within minutes. Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean; Convenient Location

Our party of two adults and two young children thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The main living area is on the second floor, and includes a deck with a view of a shady lawn area. The large master bedroom and bath is on the third floor. The pool was clean, with plenty of lounging area. The condo is conveniently located between Highways 35 and 69, making it quick and easy to get around the city.

Our party of two adults and two small children thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The main living area is on the second floor, and includes a deck overlooking a shady lawn area. The large master bedroom and bath is on the third floor. Everything was clean and well-stocked. The pool is small, but clean and very nice, with plenty of pool chairs. There is also an exercise room and kitchen near the pool. Located between two major highways (35 and 69), this condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Very clean, cozy and perfect for our stay

This was just perfect for us. We were visiting KC for a baseball tournament and the location couldn't have been better. Very clean. My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. The outside numbers on the building threw us off. I tried to call my contact person, but no answer. We figured it out and all was well. Would definitely recommend and would return if we come back to the area. Thank you!

We really liked this rental for several reasons. It’s nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. Only negatives were that after we checked in, the manager advised that the dryer wasn’t working and would not be repaired until next week. (& the dryer was full of a large load of linens). Also, the speaker on the LR TV is no good. We had to use closed caption But, when these matters are remedied, I would rent again.

The location of this condo was perfect for visiting our son who lives nearby, and for exploring the Kansas City area. The carport was a super nice feature, especially since there were some evening severe thunderstorms. My overall rating for the interior of the condo is very high. The space was clean and well cared for. My only observations are that outside of the building is in need of some renovation work and the next door neighbors seemed to take over the common areas in the stairway and outside their doorway. Overall the condo served us well for visiting and was super quiet. My only other suggestion is adding a deadbolt on the door. Based on the convenience of the location and close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, we’ll be back.
