Absolutely amazing!!! We were there for 11 nights and really didn't want to leave! Home was plenty big enough, Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well equipped, and the Pool was just wonderful. Rick is a wonderful host and was in contact on a regular basis. He even helped us get rental cars. Absolutely would return here! After travelling the entire Island we were glad we booked at this location. Its close to anything you need. And Oistins fish fry is a must do while in Barbados! Thank you Rick!!

Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was clean and refreshing.The house from the outside looks dated - a good cleaning and fresh paint would greatly enhance the look of the house.The house was surface clean but the walls and windows and window sills need a good cleaning.

The Best of Everything!

This house was absolutely wonderful! Lots of room for our party of 5 adults and extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The host Rick was extremely helpful and returned all our calls/texts in a very timely manner. The house is very close to Oistins for groceries and meals out and very close to Freights Beach for surfing. We would love to stay here again!

Family Getaway

Gimli was beautiful and spacious, it was perfect for our stay. Enough room for everyone and even if you needed a little time to yourself. The pool was huge, we had a ton of fun, spent most of our time in the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything g we needed. The pictures do not do it justice, it was absolutely amazing!

We expected a "nice" house, but this property surpassed our expectations! The host, house, and neighborhood are all reasons for returning. Yeah, there's no AC in the common ares, but this is Barbados! Most houses on the island only have AC in the bedrooms. So, open those windows and enjoy the island breeze or take a dip in the pool to cool off. No matter how you decide to handle that situation, just do yourself a favor and book this property!!! We look forward to returning!

Felt like home

The neighborhood is lovely and quiet if you are looking for a calm and relaxing vacation. The house itself is gorgeous and well-kept. The rooms are clean, and the upstairs patio gets the coolest breeze. The bedrooms are beautiful and the AC is amazing. Other parts of the house can be hot but the best part of the experience is the Host. He is so caring and very quick to respond to any need.

Incredible stay

This home blew my mind. There’s so much space and lovely atmosphere. Quiet area that is visited by the island’s native green monkeys. The pool is a great size and we had so much fun. Fantastic views from upstairs patio which is a great place to relax in the evening. The street name ‘sea breeze drive’ is very accurate. The breeze is phenomenal! Rick was also great and gave us lots of helpful info! This was overall a great stay and I highly recommend it

Perfect

The house is so much larger than the photos make it seem. The house is beautiful and great location if you’re looking to be off the beaten path. We had a car so getting around was no big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food (although we rarely cooked). The pool is a great size. Our kids loved it. When we return we will definitely rent again. Thank you Rick!

What a fabulous place!

The Villa was huge with an amazing pool and gardens. It had everything we needed and the host Rick was on hand whenever we needed anything. Location is perfect but you would benefit from a car. There was a booking error which meant we couldn’t get in until 7pm but Rick sorted a rental car for us so we could keep our selves busy while the team sorted the house. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned and the area is quiet. We will definitely go back and Rick is a top guy.

Spacious and convenient

This house was huge. There were 6 of us in our group and we all felt the same. The rooms were large and so spacious that it really made you feel like you were treating yourself. The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed could be updated to a more comfortable mattress. We rented a car but if you wanted to get to Miami Beach, you could easily walk to it. Also Rick was so responsive when we reached out to him, from before we arrived until after we left. He ranks as top host in my book.

Biggest 3 bedroom

Overall we had a great stay, the house was larger than expected, pool was great to have and the location to Oistins fish fry was perfect! The only few things were the BBQ is so rusted inside it wasn't useable, the sink in the dishwasher didn't work and because of a booking error we had to check in 5 hours later than advertised. It was fine except for Rick, our host, apologized and promised to make it up to us but that just sort of dropped off and nothing happened, all good, just don't promise something and do nothing! Overall, would stay here again as we had a great time!
