Oceanfront Villa

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, covered patio, hot tub, and spaciousness of the villa. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. When you mentioned the outdoor heater issue, we made it a priority to have it checked during your stay. We arranged for an electrician to come after hours, at additional expense, specifically so we could address the issue as quickly as possible and make sure you were comfortable enjoying the patio. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we always try to go the extra mile. The sleeping arrangements are also clearly outlined in our listing. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests. Upstairs there is a large king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin on top, a double in the middle, and another twin underneath.There is another large king bedroom and a separate room with a daybed that opens into two twin beds. The laundry area is located at the far end of this room, and many guests appreciate having laundry available during their stay. Regarding the floors, we’re sorry they did not meet your expectations. Our cleaner takes great care of the villa, and cleanliness is a priority. Had you let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to have the cleaner return and address anything that needed extra attention. We truly value our guests, so we were honestly disappointed by the 3-star rating.
