From the youngest family members to the grandparents, your whole family will be comfortable and enjoy their stay here. Close to shopping, dining, golf and other recreational activities, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned, pool home is single storey, with fenced & lockable rear yard for extra privacy & security and a children’s games room in the garage. The house is located in the quiet family community of Indian Ridge Villas with sidewalk, park, playground and access to the community tennis courts and pool. There is a nice mix of residences and short term rentals. It is close to everything one could need. Plenty of shopping and a wide variety of dining and entertainment are nearby as well as theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios and many, many attractions. It is located near several golf courses. Tampa, Busch Gardens and the gulf coast to the west as well as the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach to the east are a little more than an hour drive away.

The House: sleeps 10 with a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, 1 room with queen size bed, 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 with 2 single beds. There are also flexible options like the pull-out sofa, a single roll-away bed, portable infant bed and toddler cot. There are extra linens, lots of towels and a second, family bathroom.

The Eat-In Kitchen: is well stocked with appliances, including dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery with plenty of plastic for children & casual patio dining by the pool.

The Living Area: is comfortable for all with its generous size, a recliner loveseat, a music player, lots of books, Roku Service on the flat screen TV which also has a DVD player and Play Station 3 with games. Free international long distance calling and free high speed wireless internet service and the use of 2 safes for your valuables is provided.

The Pool: has a child safety fence and can be heated for $25 USD per day. The pool and large patio area is screened and private and accessed through the dining room, but also through the en suite bathroom with shower for comfort and convenience, and the pool has a hand rail to assist with access and safety getting in and out of the pool. There are alarms on the dining room and master bathroom exterior doors which have a switch so they can be left on if needed for small children or just turned off if not needed, though we advise their use.

Bedrooms: every bedroom has extra bedding, extra pillows (in pillow protectors), blankets, a flat screen TV, fan, clock, nightlight, lamp, laundry basket, garbage container, and lots of hangers in each closet

Bathrooms: each bathroom contains many towels and a wooden step stool. Hair dryers, a curling iron, and a scale are also provided.

Laundry Facilities: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and an extra laundry basket are provided.

The Garage: has been outfitted as a children’s games room. In the garage you will also find a large hard-sided cooler for your use while here. There are also two folding lawn chairs and a beach umbrella as well as a single and a double stroller.

For Little Ones: a single and a double umbrella stroller, 2 toddler booster seats for eating at the table, an infant bouncy seat, a portable, folding playpen/crib for infants, a toddler cot with mattress pad (good for two to four years old approximately) and a roll-away bed for older kids are provided. There are also lots of plastic dishes including sippy cups, a microwave bottle sanitizer (located in the upper cupboard above the stove), extra electrical outlet safety covers, cupboard locks and two pressure mounted baby gates available for your use. There is also a child safety fence on the pool deck to help keep children safe. In case a child accidentally locks a bedroom or bathroom door, they can easily be opened from the outside with a thumbnail or coin. We have grandchildren, so we know this happens easily!!

Note: the key for the community tennis court & pool is located on the key hook as well. There is no key required for the community playground.

Please Note: Our house is a "self catering" rental. A little soap and toilet paper are provided so guests can get settled before shopping for their supplies for their stay. There should be a single use amount of detergent provided for the clothes washer and the dish washer to start a load before leaving as requested.

Indian Ridge Villas is a quiet community south of Highway 192 between Mile Markers 5 and 6, off Sandhill Road just 3 miles from Walt Disney World and about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The homes in Indian Ridge Villas are situated in a neighbourhood with no through road, making the community very peaceful. The area features a community pool, a children's playpark, tennis and basketball courts, and paved paths for your morning stroll or jog. With its mix of rental homes and residential homes, this is a comfortable community for your family to vacation in.

For the golfer, the Mystic Dunes course at the Palms Golf and Country Club is less than 5 minutes away. Champions Gate, Celebration, and Falcon Fire, to name but a few, are all only 10 minutes away.

Situated just minutes from all the shops, restaurants and activities that can be found on the 192, Indian Ridge Villas is an ideal community base for your vacation. All the local attractions are just minutes away, and the neighbourhood is only about an hour's drive from places like Tampa and Busch Gardens on Florida's west coast or Cocoa Beach, Daytona, and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast.
