This private fenced property sits right along the Big Bear Airport and is within a quick stroll to the Oktoberfest or a short ten minute car ride to local ski resorts and lake activities. Enjoy soaking your muscles in the private hot tub after a fun day of adventure out on the lake or mountain- this packed chalet truly has it all!

Enter your cozy lower level living room where you are greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and views of nearby aircraft landing on the runway. Snuggle up here on the comfy couch as you warm your toes together in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) Around the corner from here is your equipped mountain kitchen offering a beautiful breakfast island and dining bar along with cookware, utensils, general appliances, and even a dishwasher to ensure your cleanup here is an absolutely breeze.
