Highridge D19 Condominium
Welcome to Highridge D19, a fashionable three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps eight. Perfectly nestled in the Killington Mountain Ski Resort area, this stunning retreat is located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, just moments from the base lodges.
Step into the inviting main level, where the living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations, making this space perfect for families or groups. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which comfortably seats six, with extra seating for two.
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, along with an attached full bathroom featuring a luxurious whirlpool tub. Another bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, while a full bathroom with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find a charming queen bedroom complete with a TV and an attached bathroom, as well as a private sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Highridge Condominiums offers an array of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, indoor pool, and private saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.
With stunning views and an excellent location for outdoor exploration, Highridge D19 is the perfect choice for families and groups looking to create unforgettable memories in Killington!
Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.
