Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire residence, garage, and RV parking.



Garage is a Two Car (2) garage. Driveways will hold 3-4 cars.



Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

House Rules Required

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



Heated Pool | Cooler Month Guidelines

The pool heater can typically maintain the water temperature at approximately 20–25° above the outside air temperature. For example, if overnight lows are around 55°F, the pool may reach 75–80°F.

Please note that during the cooler months (October–May, especially November–March), temperatures can drop quickly after sunset — even following warm, sunny days. Because of this, the pool may not feel as warm as expected during colder weather.

To help maintain comfortable swimming temperatures, the pool cover must remain on whenever the pool is not in use. The cover prevents heat loss caused by evaporation, which is the primary reason pools cool down overnight. If left uncovered, the pool temperature can drop significantly and may not fully recover the next day.

We require a minimum 3-day notice prior to arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Please note that pool heating must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside. We must be clear that any scent of smoke of any type will result in the full amount of professional odor treatment ($2,900) charged to the guest on record of booking! Please be respectful!



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Arizona wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.



This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC Units - AC is best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Reminders About the Property

-Guests assume all liability inherent to using a swimming pool. No Lifeguard On Duty

-Pool Vacuum must be kept in pool at all times. Removal may result in damage to the pool equipment. Please keep in for your hygiene and others!

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
