The Neighborhood:
We're situated just off the corner of Oxford St in North Melbourne near The Royal Melbourne Hospital, a 5min walk to The University of Melbourne, a 10min walk to Queen Victoria Market and quick tram ride to Melbourne Central and QV.

I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Royal Melbourne, 45 Flemington Rd, North Melbourne VIC 3051) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop located just a 2min walk away from us at the corner of Wreckyn St & Flemington Rd.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is quick tram ride away from us.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 7 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$19 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.
