Bananaquit Villa is a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with pool, located in Virgin Grand Estates above Cruz Bay overlooking Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas and beyond. White sailboats on the azure sea, dramatic sunsets, and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas at night are all part of the incomparable panoramic view.

This villa is designed to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy. Tropical gardens with lush foliage and exotic blooms line the walkway that welcomes you. The great room offers a large space for everyone to be together, but with the incredible view and the gentle breezes, you will want to be poolside all day. The 3 private bedrooms have ensuite baths, air-conditioning, lots of windows and grand views. All three ensuite baths have double sink vanities, walk in showers and plenty of privacy.

Perfect stay in St John

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What can I say the house was amazing. It had everything we needed. I guess our favorite part were the beautiful views. Checking in was easy and our greeter was very nice and helpful. It was so nice to just come back to the house and jump in the pool and chill after spending the day at the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week in paradise. The view from this home is amazing. The house was setup great with 3 bedrooms / 3 baths. The home had all the essentials needed for cooking and for days at the beach. If I had to give an improvement it would be that the beds are firm so if you are not use to sleeping on a firm mattress it might be a little uncomfortable at first but still would not keep me from staying at this beautiful home again.

Perfect Location, Perfect Layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views of Great Cruz Bay and outer islands as well as unobstructed views of the sunset over St. Thomas. Lots of private (off each room) outdoor seating and group outdoor living space with fun views of Iguanas, roosters, goats and just about every other creature walking by below. An easy drive via Gift Hill and Centerline into town and to the North Beaches. Fun drive south to south shore for the daring. The layout was perfect with privacy in each room but no dank "grotto" space below you get with some villas. Everything was on the same level but separated except one master up one level with even better views. Our mostly grown girls were in the lower twin room with us above and my 80 something parents were in the other master just past the pool, an easy walk to the main area with additional privacy when preferred. Great for an extended family or two or three couples.

A Lovely Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and poolat this home is amazing. I also loved the layout of the bedrooms it was perfect. The main living space has one wicker sofa that is not comfortable. I was disappointed that the fridge was dirty upon arrival and a few of the counter mirrors upstairs were completely rusted out. Overall it was a lovely week and the staff at Catered To is great especially sweet Wini!
