Unwind in one of the two living spaces or entertain in the open-plan-kitchen that seamlessly flows onto the outdoor deck, featuring an entertainer BBQ and wine fridge. There is a fire pit for the cooler months and a selection of board games and records to keep you amused. The kids will love the large trampoline and climbing gym. You will also have access to the 25m community pool.

Enjoy kayaking and fishing on the lake or go surfing at the nearby beaches of Catherine Hill Bay, Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. For the nature lover, there are multiple coastal walks and national park trails to explore.
Located just 90 minutes from Sydney, this serene retreat offers the ultimate getaway to recharge and rejuvenate amidst nature's beauty.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home and to the local community pool. The garage isn’t accessible to guests. However, there is plenty of onsite parking.

1. Please note a single sofa bed located in the upstairs living room is available when booking a maximum of 9 guests

3. This property is not equipped for Electric Vehicle Charging.

Conditions of Booking:
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note this is a non-pet-friendly property.
Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

There is a refundable bond collected in the form of a pre-authorization on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded up to 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport. Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
