It means a lot to hear that you found the home clean, well-decorated, and full of fun details. We're sorry to hear that the resort check-in process wasn't the experience you were hoping for. Because the home is located within a gated resort, all guests are required to stop by the front desk to receive their parking pass and wristbands before entering the community. The resort's front desk is open 24/7, so guests are welcome to arrive earlier in the day to check in, enjoy the resort amenities before the home is ready, and avoid the longer lines that often occur around the standard 4:00 p.m. check-in time during busy weekends and summer months. As for the resort amenities, summer is definitely the busiest season, and the pools and lazy river can become quite popular. We're glad, though, that you still enjoyed the beautiful grounds and, most importantly, had a wonderful stay in the home itself. Thank you again for staying with us.
