This newly built 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 2-storey property overlooking Middleton Park is the perfect escape in Christchurch. Located in Upper Riccarton this property offers privacy and close access to the amenities Christchurch has to offer such as Westfield Riccarton, Eateries and shopping. The property comes complete with x2 Queen Beds and a sofa bed. A free allocated car park is provided for use during your stay. Complete with equipped kitchen and tiled bathroom with Bidet toilet and fast WIFI.
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard overlooking Middleton Park. Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Great Stay
At short notice we booked a couple of days at the end of a surprise weekend away. An answer came back almost immediately and nothing was a problem when it came to information and questions. It was a pleasure staying, new house with high quality fixtures and fittings and great communication throughout the stay.Thank you very much for having us.
