Welcome to The Croft! This newly renovated, all-season 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect getaway for your next adventure.

Located on the water's edge, this gorgeous property boasts fantastic fishing and swimming off the dock, stunning views, fast wifi, a large screened-in porch, fire pit, an incredible deck for entertaining and much more. Located 12 minutes from Bancroft with plenty of amenities.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
- Our large fully screened-in porch is the perfect place to unwind! Cozy up on the lounge set with a good book or gather around the table for family games or an outdoor bug free meal.
- Catch breathtaking sunrises and full-day sun from the large dock. Plus take advantage of the canoe, great swimming and sandy bottom shore.
- Baptiste is known for some of the best fishing in Ontario offering 36 miles of boating. Baptiste Lake Marina is located just 4 minutes from our cottage
- Gather around the fire pit with a view overlooking the lake and enjoy the ultimate cottage experience (fire allowance between 7pm-7am)
- Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom
- Head to the large outdoor back deck with BBQ and patio set
- Explore the trails and paths located nearby

- Several books, board games and puzzles
- TV with Netflix, Samsung TV and a DVD player
- Central heating, propane fireplace and portable air conditioning unit (note there is no central air conditioning)
- Work remotely with fast on-site WIFI
- Fully stocked kitchen including cookware, appliances, dinnerware, water dispenser (please bring your own 15L jugs if using) magic bullet and basic condiments
- Ninja Coffee Maker + French Press
- 1 bedroom on the main floor (dbl bed + twin bunk bed), Master bedroom (King bed) + third bedroom (2 twin beds) located on the second floor. Fresh linens & bath towels are provided upon check-in

- Bancroft is located 12 minutes away offering grocery stores, LCBO, Beer Store, Brewery, Restaurants + several shops
- Silent Lake Provincial Park is 30 minutes away - hike, explore or cross country ski the beautiful 4 season park with lots of family fun
- Horseback ride through the trails at Mountain Creek Ranch
- Snowmobile the Heritage Trail with hundreds of miles of exploring
- Head golfing at one of the two nearby courses
- Day trip for downhill skiing & snowboarding at Sir Sam’s Ski Club

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- The Internet is high-speed Bell and works well (we regularly take advantage of working from the cottage!)
- Please bring your own firewood & beach towels. Most essentials are provided however please ask if you are wondering.
- The stairs down to the dock are gradual & we've never had issues, however please let us know if you or your guests have any mobility issues & we can talk about it.
- The water supply is UV filtered & clean for drinking. We do have a water dispenser that you can leverage (fits 15L jugs)
- We love dogs, feel free to bring yours along. Additional cleaning fees will apply. Please keep your furry friends off of the furniture and beds.
- If you'd like to launch your boat there is a public boat launch close by (Baptiste Lake Marina - you pass it on the way in)
- Fishing is incredible in all 4 seasons.
- A propane BBQ is provided for use.
- The dock is 8 ft deep off the end & a ladder is provided for entering/exiting.
- A canoe is available with 4 lifejackets (sizes: XL, L, M & S)
