Double-Storey Brand New Townhouse

We welcome you to stay in our calm, new, stylish townhouse.

With beautiful lake views & walking access to the town centre at Greenway, this is the perfect place to stay for your Canberra visit! There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Included amenities are dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, heating & cooling, patio, TV & wi-fi.

There is an excellent cafe right next door and a playground nearby. You can also enjoy walks around the lake.

Upstairs we have the Main Bedroom with King bed and private ensuite, overlooking the lake.
The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with the main bathroom next to it.

On the mid-level is the open plan kitchen, living area, dining area and European laundry. The patio is off the living area and also has views across the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.

This townhouse has heating & cooling.

Please note there are stairs from the front door up to the main level, as well as stairs up to the bedrooms.

There is one dedicated underground car space. Street parking is available but can be limited.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
1. Strictly No Parties. Zero tolerance.

3. Quiet hours 10pm -7am

I found the apartment to be very clean in every way, including bedding etc. It has everything we needed to stay for the week. It's a quiet area with friendly neighbours. The views are incredible and relaxing. There is a steep flight of stairs once you enter. And another flight of stairs to the second floor where the toilets are, so keep in mind if you were wanting to invite people who are unable to navigate stairs. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place. It meant a lot to me to be able to stay near family, and be able to relax and feel a little spoilt xx

There was a great cafe right next door. It looked over a beautiful little lake with a walking track. Upstairs there was an en-suite and a bathroom which was handy. There was plenty of room in the living area and kitchen.

Amazing locale

We really enjoyed it. The apartment is very well located. The local cafe is a stone's throw, other restaurants a short walk and South Point shopping centre a short drive.It has an amazing view of the Murrumbidgee River and is also very close to a great playground for kids and walking paths up and down the river. It was very quiet and the house with clean, fresh and comfortable. Excellent heating even on the cool Canberra morning's.We would stay here again and was very well suited for our week's stay.

Our stay at Greenway.

Beautiful property, wonderful views of the lake and very quiet location. Canberra is so easy to get around, it was not an issue to go into the City and it's environs. Would recommend this property. There were 2 flights of stairs, we are over 60 yrs and we coped but it is one thing to keep in mind when booking.

Very dirty

Not happy with our stay the bed head was covered in dust. The second room was like the sheets had not been changed. The cuttlery drawer had knives with peanut butter and vegemite smeared all over them like they had never been washed and put straight in the drawer. I contacted stayz and was told the owner would contact me but of course never did. We wont be staying here again very disappointed.

Unprofessional Communication and Host

Disappointed with unprofessional host and communication breakdown.We encountered a significant issue with our recent booking. Upon arrival, we discovered no instructions were provided for accessing the property. When we contacted the host to clarify, we were unfortunately met with a very unprofessional response. Given this interaction, we felt uncomfortable proceeding with the stay and requested a cancellation and made other arrangements.This entire situation significantly impacted our holiday experience.Would not recommend.

Poor communication

Host's phone number on the listing was incorrect, and no one responded to messages on the app. We didn't hear from them till a few hours before check in. A window in the apartment had been left open, resulting in the master bedroom being full of a swarm of bugs. Apartment itself was otherwise as advertised. Nice quite location, with a Cafe nearby, but unless you have a reason to be in that part of the city not conveniently located to anything in Canberra you might want to visit.
