It is unfortunate we had a tenant like Tina. She was dishonest, inconsiderate, dirty and rude/loud with other tenants. She lied about how many guests were staying; our other tenants told us there were 3 not 2 guests, hence her need and complaint for more bedding, towels, blankets and a second T.V.  It's standard to get 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. We provide a brand new washer and dryer in the garden, adjacent to the building. We stopped by the apartment, once, to drop off the requested items of more towels, blanket and set of extra (5) utensils. We strive to ensure our guests have the best vacation possible and have everything they need. She woke me up at 1:00am to tell me she couldn't get her PlayStation to work. When I arrived the next day (the same day we dropped off requested items), it took me a minute to connect the internet. None of the other tenants had an issue with the internet, nor have any previous tenants. This was the first time we did not return a deposit and it was for the following reasons: a) missing blanket b) damaged bar stool c) extremely dirty property  d) damaged sofa e) smoking inside the unit f) 3 person living in the unit without our knowledge I have 5 apartments and all our previous guests have given us a 5 star rating. We look forward to making your stay a 5 star experience!
