With three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two levels, this fully air-conditioned property is the perfect family holiday retreat. Each level has its own generous living area, with a billiard table and TV downstairs, making it ideal for both entertaining and relaxing.
At the heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, central to the open-plan living and dining space. It’s the perfect spot for entertaining while enjoying the ever-changing outlook—sunrises over the lake, golden afternoons, and stunning sunsets. From the front verandah, guests can soak up the tranquil beauty of Lake Cootharaba, with uninterrupted views that make every moment special.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are spacious and airy, each with an ensuite and air-conditioning. One ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath for extra indulgence. On the ground floor, a large family-sized bedroom offers flexibility with three single beds—perfect for children or an entire family.
