While the listing does indicate there is no A/C, the homeowner is making plans to install a unit this winter to better meet guests' needs in the future. We still encourage guests to thoroughly read the listing to ensure it's the right property for them.-The blinds were unfortunately damaged by a previous guest with a pet, but replacements have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they arrive.-Extra toilet paper is stored in the downstairs basement, and the homeowner is always happy to guide guests to find any needed supplies.
