Regency Towers # 505E es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Regency Tower ofrece una piscina frente al Golfo, dos canchas de tenis, paseo de dunas a la playa y una gran área verde para disfrutar al aire libre. Este condominio tiene un plano de planta abierto con una cocina bien equipada y comedor y sala de estar bellamente amueblados. Hay puertas corredizas desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal que dan al balcón con vistas al agua azul celeste del Golfo de México. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño principal privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas de día con nidos y comparte un baño con la sala de estar. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay, great location. I brought coffee for a Keurig, and the rental agency was awesome...they purchased a new Keurig for us to use! Was thrilled with that! Only issue is the electrical outlet on the balcony does NOT work. We brought a fan to use out on the balcony for the hot summer days, but no way to use it. It was an awesome trip though!

Nice Little Vacation

Recently stayed here and we loved it. Pickleball courts for the kids to play. Great beach. The boardwalk trolley stops right in front of the property as well. The is a nice local store/deli across the street as well.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The ocean view was beautiful and the beach access was very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo did not disappoint. It was nicely done and very clean. The view cannot be beat. If I had any complaints (not really) is there aren’t many free electrical outlets or any USB plugins, but honestly this was a very minor inconvenience.I will warn if you are a person that likes to go straight to your destination you cannot do that here. You have to check in with the rental agency and get physical keys but it’s right on the way to the property.

Comfortable stay. I felt the walls were a little busy for my taste but it was comfy. Loved the high setting chairs, perfect for seeing over the railing. Spent quality time on the deck!

Spectacular view

For us it was a home away from home. We loved it. Had everything we needed, close to everything we wanted to see and just sitting in the balcony and listening to the waves was priceless.

Perfect view

Great condo! Awesome balcony with straight view of the gulf. Easy acces to the pool and beach. It was clean and equiped with everything we needed. The only negative was that we had to go to the rental office to pick up keys. And have to deop keys ar the rental office by 10am to check out. It was not keyless entry. The door slams shut and locks if you dont hold it open, so we got locked out bringing chairs stuff into apartment from the beach. In our bathing suits with no phone or anything! No office or security on site. They did bring us a key when we borrowed someones phone to look up the rental office and find an emergency number. Other than that inconvenience, everything else was perfect.

We stayed here the year before and there were a couple of "minor" issues that we found to be all resolved this year. 2nd year family vacations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is absolutely amazing. Issues with trying to use the pool. People drinking when rules state you aren't allowed. Could not bring our kids till the night before we left and was told to leave because pool closed at 10. (They swam 5min) informed that rule even though my kids were quiet but allowed the drunks to drink poolside. Also the beds are extremely awful and hard. Other than that, the stay was great.

The Regency Towers are the only Pensacola condos we use. The ease of beach access is unmatched.

Family vacay

Very nice condo. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved the Balcony!!!! Fabulous view, even saw the Blue Angels! Negatives was needing to pick up and drop off Keys, you need keyless entry and also 5:00 pm check in was kind of late, but not a problem for us. Parking could be a problem if more than two cars! Overall Great Place and Location! Definitely would come back!

Great Vacation Spot

This condo sits right on the beach and the building has a pool which we loved! The condo also has a washer and dryer which was awesome for washing towels and swimsuits when needed! I'm very appreciative of the Paradise Beach Home staff as well because I accidentally left all of my daughters swimsuits in one of the bedroom drawers and they called me to let me know and they shipped them back to my home! I was very impressed that they were willing to do this for us! Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and will definitely book through Paradise Beach Homes in the future!

Great Anniversary Trip

Decent stay

Went for a weekend trip with my husband. Property is managed by a company so had to stop at a different location about a mile away to check in and get keys. I prefer a unit with keyless entry. Upon entry to unit was greeted by completely dead flowers in a vase. The rest of the unit seemed clean though. The 2 beds in the kids room were both broken(not too big of a issue since we didn’t bring kids with us) but would have been if u have kids. Also there is a washer and dryer in the 2nd bedroom where a closet should be. The view is the best thing about this unit. Also the bed in the master bedroom was small. No bigger than a full-size. And very firm. Overall had a good time. Close to restaurants and boardwalk. A bit pricey for what u get especially when booking through vrbo which adds on fees. Best to book directly through management company.

It was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. We especially loved the balcony. It had more than enough furniture for my family of 4 to sit outside and enjoy the incredible view. We ate breakfast out there almost every day. Can't get more perfect than that. I would definitely rent from PBH again!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Our family had a tremendous vacation in Pensacola Beach! We have stayed in five different beach towns along the Florida Panhandle and Pensacola Beach was the best. The beach was beautiful, very few people, close to amenities, and the view was immaculate. The folks at Paradise Homes were helpful and made it a great experience. We will be back for sure!!
