Experience what living in Brisbane is all about in our charming house!
Our gorgeous 3-bedroom Classic Queenslander has been modernised with all the amenities, so you can feel completely at home.
Super convenient to the Gabba, PA Hospital, Stones Corner, Kangaroo Point, University of Queensland (UQ St Lucia), Buranda Shopping & Train station…while < 5kms to the CBD
The Space
The house is split into upstairs + down with no internal access, so you have the whole house (upstairs) to yourself.
As people live downstairs, we ask all guests to be mindful of this, keep noise to a minimum & do not use the back balcony after 10pm.
It should go without saying, that we do not permit parties or gatherings of any description.
This point is important, as we enforce our zero-tolerance policy.
The house has the true classic character of a QLD’r with high ceilings, ornate fretwork, polished floorboards, stained glass windows and timber VJ walls + ceilings (vertical joints;)).
All bedrooms have air-con + built ins wardrobes & there is a large air-con over the dining room that keeps the whole house warm / cool.
The bathroom has both a clawfoot bathtub + a large walk in shower.
There’s shampoo, conditioner, body wash & a hairdryer…sorry BYO straightener girls
Kick back in the lounge, on the massive leather couch with Netflix etc + Fetch (cable tv) on the 50’ flat screen TV…or…relax in the peaceful tranquillity on the back deck with oversized corner couch.
Stay connected with our unlimited 5g WiFi… (it’s fast)
Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen with everything you’ll need.
The huge cooker has 5x gas burners + a massive electric oven.
Then, dine in or alfresco outside!
On the back deck, is a washing machine, dryer & you’ll find washing powder, stain remover, softener + a clothes airer.
