CASA DEL LAGO



Casa del Lago is the villa for the family trip where the kids run between the pool and the lawn while the grown-ups settle into the verandah, drinks in hand, watching the fairways of The Links come alive across the water. It sits in Los Lagos, on the inland lake that borders the golf course — the lawn slopes down to the water with no road between you and the view. Four en-suite bedrooms sleep eight, with an included cook handling all the meals.



The pool sits at the lakeside edge of the lawn, sunloungers angled to catch the fairway view across the water. Behind it, a covered verandah with white slipcovered armchairs — the afternoon spot while the kids are in the pool. Glass walls fold the rattan sitting room open to the pergola terrace, so lunch moves outdoors without anyone touching a door handle. The formal dining room takes eight under a silver-framed mirror; the kitchen island with rattan bar stools handles the mornings when nobody dresses up. The four en-suite bedrooms each open to the garden through plantation shutters, so the couples, the kids, and the grandparents each find a corner of their own.



Minitas Beach Club is a short cart ride from the door — the shortest beach run in the collection, so a morning with the kids on the sand barely interrupts the day. Altos de Chavón sits the same direction for sunset, a small Mediterranean village above the Chavón river. Teeth of the Dog — ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — is a quick ride for a tee time. Casa del Lago is the villa to book when the trip needs water at the door, beach within reach, and room for three generations to spread out.

TRAVEL INFO 

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- Pets are not permitted.

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.



SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: The rental rate does not include the following services and amenities: Food and beverages, Airport transfers, Rental cars, Golf carts, Baby gear, etc. All of these services and more can, however, be arranged upon request at an additional cost through our concierge department.
