The Space:

Tucked away in nature, Woodland Retreat is a peaceful haven where the sounds of birdsong and rustling trees set the tone for a truly relaxing escape. Wrapped in a beautiful timber verandah, this home invites you to slow down and breathe in the fresh country air.



Inside, the main living area is bright and open, with soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fire, and plush lounges. A second lounge upstairs provides a cosy retreat with additional seating and a TV, perfect for movie nights or quiet moments. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area ensures comfort year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and a generous breakfast bar where conversations flow as meals come together. The dining area, framed by large windows, offers a stunning view of the surrounding gardens.



When the weather calls for it, step outside onto the covered deck for alfresco dining with a Webber BBQ. The detached games room adds another layer of entertainment—set up a friendly match of table tennis or lounge with a drink in hand after a day of exploring. For a truly magical experience, the outdoor bathtub and shower let you bathe under the stars with the sounds of nature as your soundtrack.



The primary bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite, and direct access to the deck—perfect for stepping outside for a morning stretch. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, another offers two single beds, ideal for kids or friends, while the fifth bedroom provides a single bed and a dedicated workspace for those needing a quiet corner to focus. The main bathroom features a bathtub and a walk-in shower, while a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer ensures convenience. Free parking on the driveway makes coming and going effortless.



Firepit wood is supplied for guest use during the winter months. A starter pack of kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood is provided. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store. Please note: the indoor fireplace is gas-powered (no wood required).



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just a short drive away, you’ll find Leeuwin Estate and Voyager Estate, renowned for their world-class wines and fine dining. Beer enthusiasts can visit Colonial Brewing Co. or Margaret River Brewhouse for a taste of local craft beers. For outdoor lovers, Prevelly Beach is ideal for surfing and sunset walks, while the Boranup Karri Forest provides stunning hiking trails. Stop by the Margaret River Farmers’ Market to pick up fresh local produce for a delicious home-cooked meal.
