The heart of the home is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area that opens up to a large and inviting great room, with a flat screen TV.

On the first floor, you'll find a well-appointed bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
Head upstairs to discover two more inviting bedrooms and a bonus room. The first upstairs bedroom boasts a spacious queen bed, while a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The bonus room, furnished with a full futon and a desk, is perfect for accommodating extra guests or for those who need a workspace while away from home.

Beyond the bonus room, a primary suite with a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom is a true spa-like retreat, featuring a standalone soaking tub, double sinks, and a generously sized walk-in shower.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
